    The staff were very polite, the narrator was interesting and fun to listen to. The view was absolutely stunning. My boyfriend and I took a day trip to Boston and we ended it with the boat and we had a blast. Pro tip, right before they dock wait at the door you came in at to be the first one off. 10/10 would do it again

    The cruise was great. The narrator was informative and funny. However, Viator did not provide good customer service prior to the cruise. I sought basic information like where does the cruise depart? I tried to ask online but my question did not fit the frequently asked questions.

    Definitely worth the 40$ per ticket. Not exactly what I expected but incredible views of the city. If you like learning about the history in Boston it’s awesome! Bring a sweater!

    Night scape was beautiful. Day was cloudy with no sun but loved the time of day before it was pitch black. Narrator’s PA was choppy and could hear some but not all over her talk. That could have been improved.

    Great time, would highly recommend it, a little hard to hear the narrator seated in the rear of boat, but still very entertaining and relaxing. Get ur cameras ready the planes fly over so close it’s thrilling!

    Malakai was our guide, both knowledgeable and funny throughout the entire trip amd very engaging with the guests. We had perfect temperatures and a gorgeous sunset ahead of Tropical Storm Henri. Best parts were the sights around the Harbor: being right next to the cannon going off on the USS Constitution at sunset, sailing directly under the flight path of landing planes, the story of Edgar Allen Poe and Fort William, the onboard engagement, and the narration of all of the fun facts about the sights in the Harbor as we cruised along. Highly recommend!!
