Never happened, no communication from Viator,

Experience didn’t happen. No email telling us it was cancelled. Walked around in the rain looking for meeting point. Had to get in touch for refund, the person on end of chat was helpful and got refunded. However if we knew it was cancelled we could have used that time better to do something else in Boston. Will hesitate to use viator again after using many times before.

The sunset was spectacular, the commentary was clear, interesting and educational. A bonus was the low flyovers of planes heading for Logan. The transition from light to dusk to dark was magical and showed off the waterfront magnificently

I don't understand the purpose of this cruise. No sunshine, 30 seconds to see the skyline, mainly the industrial part of the port... Not many explanations, the boat is not well aging.. basic and with chairs only to sit, a bit creepy, not a single music note to add a bit of charm... Deceiving.

we are sorry you did not enjoy your cruise. The sunset cruise departs in the daylight and returns at dusk/dark depending on the time of the sunset. We do have a live narration and I am not sure why you did not hear the narration. I will forward this to the operations department. The moonlight cruise we offer allows for the citylights to be seen.

The check in lady was so pleasant and helpful and all the staff on the boat where great too. the view was nice. all n all the price service was all worth it.

Not worth the time and money

Waste of time and money. The narration was minimal, and we didn’t know what we were looking at 90% of the time. We expected more information throughout the cruise, and it was very disappointing. There were even two people who fell asleep because it was so boring. The skyline lit by the sunset, the airplanes, and cannon ball shot off the USS Consitution were the highlights, but we otherwise would not recommend this tour.

An excellent way to get a new perspective on the city. Fantastic view of the lights of Boston and the activity at Logan Airport. Good selection of drinks and snacks. A little chilly given the time of year (it would have been great if they could close the doors to the inside area) but a brilliant experience regardless and I’d highly recommend it.

The skyline of Boston is beautiful by day and especially at night. We chose this cruise because we are interested in the rich history of Boston. We weren't disappointed. Our guide did a very nice and thorough job in sharing the history and pointing out historical sites as well as other prominent buildings. The Ferry Boat was comfortable. We had the choice of sitting out or going inside where it was warmer. Being out on the water surrounded by the city lights felt serene.

Joey the bartender was great! Ship was cool! It was rainy so no sunset but still very beautiful seeing Boston at night from the Harbor. Loved when the USS constitution shot off the cannon! Very informative.
