No Show Tour Guide

There was no memorable experience the Tour Guide Did NOT show up!!! A number of families were waiting at the designated place . I even used the App to contact the representative she responded back to only confirm the meeting place I texted back several times with no response.. Another family contacted them as well. It was decided that it would be Refunded

Distracting Tour

Johnny is definitely an eccentric character…maybe not the right fit for our group. He definitely has a lot of knowledge and background but he rambles when he talks and behaves very fidgety and distracted. Little interesting pieces of his stories did stick with us. Wish we had the same stories but with a more clear and precise delivery.

Glenn was an excellent guide, he was very knowledgeable about the area and had good stories. With that being said, I’m giving this 3/5 stars because the company needs to be able to get access into the grave yards. If you book this, you will not be able to go inside any graveyard, you’ll only be allowed to see through the rails, however there are other companies that have keys and access.

Johnny was animated and knowledgeable for the most part and had ok answers to our questions. At times seemed rushed and scripted. We were lost in some of the stories at the get go...would recommend better setting the stage for the stories. Loved hearing about Mary dyer, the Boston commons park, and the Omni parker hotel.

A really fun tour, our guide Jay was totally awesome, fun and full of knowledge and stories…the tour was somewhat hindered by a lady clearly not mobile enough to do walking tours really slowing the whole thing down but it didn’t ruin an excellent experience
