    My transfer from downtown hotel to the cruise port was perfect. The driver arrived on time. He was polite & professional. We arrived at the port in a timely manner. He rolled my luggage up to the port entry. The entire process, service provided & cost were great.

    The driver dropping us off at the wrong airport and 10 of us almost missing our flight. Inspite of having the correct address on the pick up & drop-6firm, the driver took us to the wrong address. Your driver's should be able to speak a little bit of English to communicate with only English speaking clients.

    Driver came early which helped us get to the port early. Took care of all our luggage when he picked us up at the hotel and when he dropped us off at the dock. Very helpful and polite. Was a good driver.

    Depending on where you stay this could be very fast. I stayed at the Alvear Art Hotel. From there to getting into past security took a quick 35 minutes. The driver was on time. In fact he was waiting while I was checking out. No complaints.

    Glad that you had a good experience with our service! All our cars have seatbelts in the back otherwise they will not be allowed to operate. Argentina`s regulations require seatbelts for all passengers and once a year this has to be audited by the Authority. Most probably you missed to see them and we are sorry that this affected our review because they were there. We look forward to receiving you once again!

    Driver arrived 15 minutes too early to our Sheraton BA hotel. Should have been 6:00 am, not 5:45 am. Called our room to tell us he was here. Seemed to be in a hurry, like he had somewhere else to go. We had over 2-1/2 hours before a domestic flight. No reason to be so early. Otherwise, he got us to the AEP airport no problem.

    Nothing to say about this review. Drivers arrive 15 minutes prior the pick up time to guarantee that they are on time. If the customer is not ready they wait until it is the pick up time.
