    We offer pick up in Cancun and Riviera Maya, if your hotel is not listed please send us your hotel information to organize your pick up. For hotels from Puerto Morelos to Playa del Carmen and Tulum there is an extra cost for round transportation service of 15 usd per person.

    Atv part of tour too long and too intense, zip line & cenote swim were fun.

    The ziplines and cenote were fun, the atv part of the tour was too long and too intense. I also did not appreciate that there is an add on fee of like $40 onsite for some kind of a tourist entry and this is in addition to the cost of the tour.

    The hospitality was one of the best parts of the tour. As well as the activities. There’s nothing more to say you have to go!

    Less stars since transportation was a nightmare, 12 tour finally picked up at 2:45! At location we had a blast, our guide Pepperoni was amazing! The ATV’s could stand some upgrading. Zip lining was fun and they ensured safety measures. The Cenote was beautiful. The photographer took great pictures and videos. Very layed back, great group of people on our tour!

    First of all there is way too much time wasted setting up and in between activities due to upselling features such as having to buy locker keys, insurance, tequila tastings, merchandise, pictures, etc. Once the activities started you realize just how short the actual times are and more time spent in between each. And as far as the quads go the company definitely needs to invest some of the money they're making back into their equipment. Every quad was a different machine from size to style..nothing like their pictures show..but every one shows substantial wear and damage. Wouldn't that atleast be the point of all the insurance money collected from customers? We were a group of 2 sharing 1 quad and still managed to get the smallest one available. On top of that it took being moved around 3 times due to each not starting or dying out once started. To make the trip worse once we did get moving was the amount of people who broke down multiple times constantly stopping the ride and never really getting a full experience. Zip lines are very short but a good experience for someone's first time. Be aware though that injuries can easily happen coming into the platforms. Spend the extra money and enjoy Xcarets parks. Well worth it.
    Lots of Hidden Fees and Careless Groups

    If the overall experience was managed and had specific people to watch over the groups, it would’ve been a fun experience (not including fees that were not stated on the website like the locker rate, face coverings and insurance you have to purchase). We were booked on the same day as another large group who was loud and irresponsible. During the swimming portion they repeatedly jumped on top of people from a 30ft drop and were pushing and running around. They took up a majority of our smaller groups jump time because they would constantly push in front and just “go”. Personally, other than this, I feel as if the tour was fun and exciting. A few of the people in our immediate group had their ATV’s constantly break, which caused the tour to be more “stop & go” than a full route.

    La compañía no tiene buena organización, al final de la excursión nos toco esperar como 2 horas para poder regresar al hotel. También hay un montón de cobros extra que no los mencionan en la página de viator y que son “obligatorios” de acuerdo a la compañía

Le pido por favor se comunique con nosotros directamente para poder aclarar la de los cobros extras que usted tuvo que hacer obligatoriamente ya que en ningún momento solicitamos ningún tipo de cobro a nuestros clientes una vez pagando el Tour en línea y nos gustaría saber Cuáles fueron estos pagos que usted realizó. También le informamos que existen algunas opciones extras que son opcionales en caso de qué usted guste pagar por ellas dentro de las actividades como las fotografías las cuales nos incluyen en el paquete como lo menciona el descriptivo del Tour y tampoco son obligatorias. Nuestra intención es poder investigar su caso en particular para poder tomar medidas necesarias si la situación no amerita agradecemos su preferencia y esperamos su pronta respuesta.
