You must weigh less than 286 pounds (130 kg) to use the ziplines.

You must be 18+ to drive as a Single Rider.
Children 3 and younger are not allowed.
Based on international safety standards and to ensure the physical safety of visitors, cameras are not permitted during our adventure activities except for head-mounted GoPros or similar devices.
Transportation to the park can take between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the location of your hotel or meeting point.
ATV insurance is included in the price of your experience.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 50 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Great guide but some downsides

First to say: your guide Miguel was great; funny, easy going and stayed calm even If he had to das things 3 Times because some of your group we're Not Playing attention at all. Wich would have Made me crazy... The ATVs are fun and I highly recommend to have a Single one. The Tour is not that long and there ist no break to Switch! Also you can do the different things in any Order. We we're unlucky to get cenote first and ATV Last, there ist no place to clean yourselfe. The Snack really is Just that and you have to Order extra (not include). But in conclusion ist was a fun trip and everyone was super friendly

Everything was good at the place. Getting to and from was so long and I was mislead on that. So it was an 8.5 hour day.
