Our driver was very nice and informative. He was a careful driver and during our trip told us about other places to visit in Mexico. This was our first time using this service. The service we normally use was booked and unable to accomodate us, so this was a last minute schedule. I would use this service again, highly recommend.

Had to search for the transportation company for over 30mins. Requested a Sign to Say Happy Birthday with my Name but they did not have the sign. After searching for 30mins for company had to wait another 20 minutes for our driver. The whole experience was just terrible and draining. It’s my Birthday vacation and it started off Terrible!

The representatives that I spoke with before booking lied and said the hotel was in the hotel zone. When I got there it was not and I had to pay an extra $35 Don’t trust it

Short review: DO NOT BOOK. Find another company. The only positive: my flight was canceled and the team rescheduled the service to the next day. My flight arrives at 5:45A. I booked for 07:00 anticipating a long immigration line. I was wrong and done by 06:00. I figure to wait until 07:00 for when I originally book. It becomes 07:30 and the described worker to pick me up never shows. I had been contacting the company through Viator conversations and WhatsApp. I did not get any kind of response. I decided to get a taxi and tell this company that I wanted a refund. Once I say that, I get contact with the company through Viator conversations and they say that their representative is there. Their rep is not. Their WhatsApp rep finally contacts me and more of the same. I NEVER MADE ANY CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO ACTUALLY PICK ME UP. They then begin trying to justify not refunding me. I’ve escalated it to a dispute with my credit card for a full refund.

Meeting the "greeter" was not as clear as it could be.. They never stay in one spot as they chase travelers.. after getting connected correctly, things went well. Clean van, was ready, and we went on our way.

The ride was okay but the extra charge hits differently in person …..Please be advised you can not put in the exact location where you are going and you will pay a different price then what’s quoted !!! There’s no refund you can get other than contacting viator they will tell you , so you are left with no choice but to pay extra or lose out at the moment completely…I experienced this on 07/15/2023 …. I ended up paying extra $21 no that’s not much but I didn’t expect to pay more …

The instructions are not so good. There is no need to stop inside the airport though many people try to "help" you. Outside we knew to look for Margaritaville but eTransfer has a store just to the left of Margaritaville in the same place. I saw that and headed there away from all the people outside trying to sell to me. What you are looking for is 1 person among a group of about ten holding an eTransfer sign and wearing the uniform. They are not following you to sell to you. That person arranges the exact pickup.

Extra Service Charge for Transport

The drive was fine in my experience with E-Transfers travel. The issue I had was with the zoning hotel locations. There’s nothing that states where the hotel zone is limited to with E-transfers. I booked a round trip transport from the airport to my hotel, Riu Latino. Once arriving at the airport, the company said that my hotel was out of their “travel zone” and I would need to be charged an extra fee. I explained that this was not mentioned in booking. Even during booking it ask what hotel are you staying with. If there was an issue with the hotel, it should be alerted there. So the extra price was 144 pesos per person ($9 US) for a one way or $88 for a RT! It was my gf and I. That’s in addition to the $88 I booked the trip with. So I went with the one way, thinking I’ll just pay the extra $9 if I need to for my trip back to the airport. The day before I leave I call to set up transport and they tell me I have to pay $70 for a one way and not the $9 I paid the first time. Stating i used all my available “travel credit” up with the first ride and I would have to book the single ride back. I couldn’t use hotel transport because I didn’t book directly with the hotel. Lesson learned. Book with the hotel and not a third party transport, or at least not anyone who doesn’t specify what zone your hotel is in.

I was quite worried before the trip as I booked this shuttle service 5 hours before my arrival at the Cancun airport. Some had negative reviews so I was worried but right after landing I was able to connect to the shuttle bus people right away on WhatsApp. They kept me updated and right after I got out of the gate they were there waiting for me. We waited like 10 mins but eventually we were on the bus. Amazing. Thank you

If I could give 0 stars I would... They left us stranded at the airport. ETransfers was the company and when we arrived they tried to haggle an additional $35usd and said they would not transport is if we didn't pay. Mind you we paid in full prior to arriving. When we asked why they were trying to charge extra he said because our hotel was 45min to an hour away. We Googled it, it was 17min. 19 with traffic and there was NO traffic. He walked away. Worse experience EVER! They tried to create desperation so they could cash in on it..

Pre-booked and had to wait 25 minutes before I'm on the shuttle. Left after everyone has left where they pick the immediately available vehicles... Not what I was expecting. If you expect the car and driver waiting for you at the airport, this is probably not it!
