Just landed, collected our bags, messaged to ask where they were picking us up from and they cancelled the booking after having it scheduled for 3 months

Our driver was very nice and prompt. His van was clean and roomy for the three of us adults and could have fit one more easily. After we left the hotel and were about 3/4 of the way to the airport, the hotel called and said they left out one of our bags! He said he would turn around and retrieve it so we wouldn't have to wait outside the airport for them to deliver it there. We still had plenty of time to get thru the lines. FYI- Print your required docs before you go Or have them scannable on your phone. Also, check to make sure your bags are all in the vehicle before you leave.

Terrible experience with this company. The company would not adjust my pick up schedule from hotel 30 more mins from original scheduled time even if 24 hrs in advance. This is very inconvenient specially for tourists.

Dear Maria, you didn´t ask this last modification with 24 hours in advance. You asked for a first modification some days in advance and we did it, but the last one was 12 hours before the transfer, and with that time sometimes it is not possible because the itinerary for every driver is already done and modify any pick up time can generate delays in the rest of the services. This is precisely why Viator didn´t refund any money to you, because the policy is clear for this type of service.
