once your flight landed and you go trough customes and migration please take the exit of travel agencies and tour operators there Our staff will be waiting for you with a sign with our logo. our staff will be wearing a red polo shirt and beige pants If your flight lands at terminal 3 our staff will be right in front of the Margarita Ville bar platform 26. If tour flight lands at terminal 2 or 4 our staff will be in front of the welcome bar. If you booked just departure please call us a day prior your departure to get your pick up time. On shared transportation we will group you with other customers and will make stops on different hotels please don't forget to call us or text us a day before your departure

Do not trust for pick ups from hotel, better off getting a taxi. Left us stranded after we paid. Continue to search for a better company that will give you the service you paid for.

I would give ZERO stars if possible! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They do not ask if your party is arriving on different flights so they won't coordinate appropriate pick up times. One of our flights was delayed arrival and they did not care. This company left my partner and I stranded at the Cancun airport after assuring us they were outside of the airport waiting for us. We walked outside while they were still texting us (in real time) telling us where they were waiting only to find their associate who says they left us and didn't provide another option for transportation. They are now refusing to refund us for leaving us stranded in a foreign country. I repeat, DO NOT BOOK WITH YAMEVI TRAVEL!!! You have been warned!

We took the private shuttle from the airport to our Cancun hotel. The ride was comfortable and all went well. They were easy to find at the arrivals gate.

Unreliable transportation company! I’ve been going to Mexico many times and this is the first time a transfer didn’t show on time. We booked airport to hotel pickup for my group and picking up in the airport was no problem but going back to the airport no pickup showed up. I called customer service and they keep saying they will call driver for an update until we are 30mins late and we just decided to get taxi and paid more! otherwise we will not catch our flight. NEVER BOOK TO THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Definitely did not feel safe. This was a private transfer from the airport to the hotel and the driver was texting like 80% of the time, in addition to him speeding and constantly cutting other drivers off.

Great service and very easy to deal with, especially after we changed flights late in the day, Yamevi travel were able to accommodate us easily. Alejandro was very friendly at the airport and helped us find the driver. Overall a very smooth experience.

Much better than riding the shuttle that stops at a few different places. Nice, comfortable ride to resort and then back to airport. I had to change hotels and it was a $24 difference in the hotel zone, and that was fine. Overall, a decent experience. The difference in price is nowhere stated online, and I paid thru a personal email, thru PayPal. So, I'm not 100% sure that, that is the actual policy. Unfortunately, I did not have time to really investigate the info as far as zone pricing. I paid the extra because at the point, I just wanted to get to my flight on time.

This was the worst transportation experience of my life. I booked roundtrip transportation to and from the airport, BOTH were late. The pickup from the airport was over an hour late, and over an hour thirty minutes going back to the airport. The dispatcher first claimed that the driver was at our hotel when he was not. then stated “sorry, the driver stopped responding.” What was I suppose to do with that? He then suggested that I take a cab and they would pay the driver once I showed up. I did not trust that at all. He did FINALLY show up. In addition to being late both times, they sent a very small Kia something to pick up 3 people with 6 bags of which we had to hold because the car was too small. Never again VIATOR. I could have arranged these shabby arrangements myself.

Left us at the Airport on Arrival, terrible experience

We did not get shuttle service on our arrival. They were tracking my son which came in on another flight at another terminal. He was unaware we had this shuttle booked, nor did we share this info with the shuttle service. After 30 mins of talking to the shuttle service and explaining this they called us a "no show" and would not provide service. This mistake was totally on them and should refund us for the airport to resort shuttle service. This end up costing us $115 in taxi service for us and our son. This Company needs to own their mistakes. They did shuttle us at the end of the week back to the airport, very nice service and shuttle, only after our concierge at the resort stood up for us for he warned they would not show up to pick us up for our departure since they called us a no show on arrival.
