    Upon arrival at the Cancun airport and after picking up your luggage, you must exit through the door of transporters and travel agencies. We will contact you by text message with contact instructions. It would be very helpful if you reply to the message informing us when the filters have passed so that we can ask your driver to provide us with a platform number where you can board the transportation...

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

    Almost a no show

    We waited a very long time and while our driver was a friendly, kind and nice man who drove well, our pickup was delayed an inexcusable amount of time (nearly 1 hour). We had to call 3 times before he came.

    Poor communication and never showed

    Horrible.. I booked for transit from hotel to airport it was for 9 am. Late the night before I get a text they unilaterally changed the time to later. As instructed I contacted operator via text and after several hours of verification of time, in the middle of night. I was guaranteed 9 am needless to say after waiting over 30 minutes with text stating only 10 minutes way for 30 minutes we had to quickly hail a taxi and pay 3x the amount. If I was advise outright they couldn’t do it there were other cheaper options I could have reserved

    My flight was delayed and this plus construction at the airport caused a lot of confusion for my pick up. Be sure they give you the drivers phone number so you can contact them directly for actual the pick up point. That said, they did accommodate the delay and pick me up. Very courteous driver. Would use again.

    Service beyond expectations

    The service exceeded our expectations. Our flight arrived late at 11:20 pm. We were called by Roger, our contact, to tell us our ride would be there in minutes. It was. The driver was courteous and professional. Before our trip, Rodger texted us several times to clarify where we would meet the driver and the phone number to call upon arrival. This level of service is rare for any business encounter.

    Overall service was good. I gave a rating of 3 stars because we had a little hiccup with finding our third party vendor/driver at the airport unpon arrival. There are many other companies there with lots of names on their board. It would have been helpful if viator had given the name of the third party vendor picking up and key things to look out for other than "your name" to easily spot the driver or company. Such as look out for a representative wearing a purple and blue shirt with "Company name" etc. Look for representative on the right hand side when you exit etc. It didn't help that our representative had the sign with my name on it on the floor faced down and I was only able to find him after I went back around to the front and started asking every representative there if they had my name on their board when I can clearly see my name was not on it. Only then did our representative put his board up and we were able to locate my name. Pickup at hotel to airport was seamless. Driver arrived and mentioned my name to the hotel bell service representative, they came and notifed me my driver was here and all good.

    When we arrived the representative was outside the airport with my name on the placard as agreed. But we had to wait I. The heat for over 20 minutes for our driver to arrive. My friend was on crutches but was allowed to continue to use the airport wheelchair. Everything after that was great as promised.

    The company was and has very communicative throughout. They sent us a picture of what to expect and the employee’s uniform. There was a little bit of a wait upon arrival, but our flight was late so that was understandable. We would both recommend and use them again!

    I booked with Viator, they were right where they said they would be with a clear sign with my name on it. My friends booked with someone else and they were no where to be found. my Viator driver was kind enough to take them with us.

    Untrustworthy and Not dependable for transportation to hotel - leaves you stranded

    This service is horrible. I had to give a 1 star just to give a review but we were not allowed a ride even though it was prepaid and shared (which in their notes they quote that if you miss your ride, you must wait for the next ride in an hour —-) we were denied our prepaid shuttle to hotel from the air port because our flight was delayed by an hour (they had our flight number and could verify our problem) and the immigration check in was so backed up we were also in line for an hour to get out of the airport. When we went to our operation, we were told we would have to get a taxi at $68.00 even though we were on the list he showed us. He said we were over 20 min late so they canceled us. This is the worst experience anyone could have flying into another country trusting Viator to provide a ride for us to go to our hotel. It was a nightmare and I will never trust Viator again to provide recommendations for someone to help us get to our destination in an unfamiliar country.

I tried to get the van to wait longer, however, this is the high season and all vehicles are scheduled to perform several services a day. Waiting longer would have implied to let down other customers who, as all our customers, look forward to receiving the contracted service. Had we had other vehicle available, we would have been in a better position to support you. As a compensation, we offer you a courtesy roundtrip service from Cancun airport to any hotel in Cancún on your next visit, hoping you give us the opportunity to serve you in the future. Kind regards

    We had a very good experience with our driver. The only issue was he wasn't at the pick up spot before we got there and we needed to call the phone # on our confirmation (pro tip: ALWAYS print out your documents before you go on a trip) to confirm where he was going to meet us. We were only waiting for 5-10 minutes when our driver found us and we were on our way. The shuttle van was super clean and he sprayed it down before we got in for extra disinfection. The driver was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We book a round trip, but while we were dropped off in Cancun we needed to be picked up in Playa Del Carmen. Our car service called us because of the greater distance it was a few dollars more per person to get picked up in PDC, but I knew that was going to happen and it wasn't an issue. My only request is that you also offer an email to write to vs trying to call to confirm pick up time and any other issues. I had a really good experience and would definitely recommend them if you needed transportation in and around the Cancun/Playa Del Carmen area.

    We booked a return trip. Drivers were courteous and the trip to/from hotel/airport was fast. We had a bit of a hard time trying to find the driver when we arrived at the airport, but it worked-out in the end. For the return trip, the driver arrived at the exact time they said they would and the trip to the airport was fast and uneventful. Would most likely use them again.
