It was hard to find them among the crowd at the airport, but once we found each other, everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend hiring private transportation ahead of time to avoid talking to the wrong crowd who would try to sell you timeshare instead and in my experience, buying two-way transportation can be cheaper than hiring a cab from hotel to airport if you pay separately. I made the mistake of buying one-way from airport to the hotel and paid more on our way back to the airport. Oh well! I recommend this service; Not a fancy ride, but driver was courteous, van had A/C and safely arrived to our hotel.

Paid online for our transportation from Cancun airport to our resort and the transportation never showed up. There was a trucker protest occurring at the time of our arrival so we understood the extenuating circumstances however, what was most disappointing is we never received a text or email from them. We had no idea if they just forgot about picking us up or they were running late. Wont book with this company again.

Our flight was delayed, but we were able to keep communicated withe the shuttle company through real-time texting, and an appropriate schedule was re-arranged. We did not wait too long at all at the airport. Transit is smooth, on time and pleasant. We were greeted by a staff from the company at the outside of the terminal as we agreed, and We enjoyed the experience and it is very nice. Highly recommended.
