Arrival at the airport: When you arrive at the airport, after picking up your luggage, head to the Arrivals Hall to meet one of our representatives. They'll be ready to greet you, holding a blue sign with the eTransfers logo. It's important to have your confirmation email with your booking details and an ID handy to help us locate the van that will take you. If you don't spot the representative with the blue sign, don't worry. You can go to the designated meeting points in the different terminals. Departure from the hotel: One day before your return trip we will send your booking confirmation to the contact information you provide, to remind you of the time the driver will pick you up at the lobby of the hotel where you are staying. We recommend you to be ready a few minutes before the appointed time, as the driver is only allowed to wait 10 minutes at the meeting point.

What To Expect

Your private transfer begins with pickup at the time you indicate from the Cancun airport or your Cancun hotel. Your driver will meet you at the designated meeting point inside the arrival terminal or the lobby of your hotel, then assist you in loading your bags and help you get settled on board your private air-conditioned vehicle.

Once you are ready to depart, your driver will take you directly to your final destination, including any Cancun hotel or the Cancun airport. You’ll be dropped just outside the hotel lobby or the departures terminal and your driver will help you unload your bags for stress-free logistics.

The airport pick up was timely and the driver offered cold drinks during the commute. The vans were clean, and comfortable with great AC . The drivers were friendly, reliable and drove safely. We will use again for the next trip to Cancun.

This was a transfer between the resort and to the airport in Cancun. The driver was very nice. He loaded our suitcases and even offered my husband and I bottles of water. The drive was very nice.

Great service. They communicated in advance and were punctual at pickup from and to Cancun Airport. Not communicating through WhatsApp no biggie, they’ll do it via email. Dulce was a great driver and her car super clean. Very punctual making sure we didn’t miss our flight back home.

The company does not do hotel transfers anymore. I got my $50USD back from Viator but spent $130USD for a cab. So I lost $80USD because you took my booking. Very disappointing.

Driver was so rude

The driver showed up 1/2 hour early didn’t msg, email or say anything but got so mad at me and my group. We started to rush but our luggage was checked at the resort so we had to wait for it. Driver threatened to leave us, got in the van and went to leave. I had to Jump in and refuse to get out till our bags arrived and we could get in! If I tell you to come at 3 and you come at 2:30 and get mad at me when I arrive at 2:50, you’re the jerk. Get a different company. There is a million and this one is terrible and not cheap.

We took same limo transfer back from hotel to airport and am bit surprised as there was only an empty water bottle inside, I didn't want any beer but a cold bottle water would be nice strange since it's the same service just in reverse

When I arrived in Cancun they had my reservation for a different day. I had to wait an hour for transportaton. I believe their advertisement is misleading-the title is to and from Cancun airport but you have to book each part separately.

The assistance at the airport have a very tough job because of management disorganization.

We waited a very long time for our transportation. We showed our confirmation number and that we had paid for a round-trip to Cancun. The assistant said that he had to contact customer service and they did not get back to him for 45 minutes. They claimed I never gave the arrival time which I know I did. Ultimately, we did get a nice private van.
