Arrival at the airport: When you arrive at the airport, after picking up your luggage, head to the Arrivals Hall to meet one of our representatives. They'll be ready to greet you, holding a blue sign with the eTransfers logo. It's important to have your confirmation email with your booking details and an ID handy to help us locate the van that will take you. If you don't spot the representative with the blue sign, don't worry. You can go to the designated meeting points in the different terminals. Departure from the hotel: One day before your return trip we will send your booking confirmation to the contact information you provide, to remind you of the time the driver will pick you up at the lobby of the hotel where you are staying. We recommend you to be ready a few minutes before the appointed time, as the driver is only allowed to wait 10 minutes at the meeting point.
