IMPORTANT: Once your booking is confirmed please send us a private message reconfirming your desired pickup time and your email address so we can send you more details for the day of your arrival and a map so you have no trouble leaving the port. Details for PICKUP: On the day of your arrival, there will be someone waiting for you just before the exit of the port premises. There ir a line to aboard the taxis but you can directly skip the line because hayhu already has a designated driver waiting for you. His name is GABRIEL or RUTH FROM THE COMPANY TAXI TOUR COSTA MAYA and they will Immediately locate you in your vehicle. I will send you an email with pictures of where you will find them. Remember, you have to go towards the exit of the port to where the taxis are. Follow the red line in the map. (It’s about a 20min walk). We book and pay the transportation 24hs before your arrival, so If there is any inconvenient, please let us as soon as you can. Remember that the pick up time is according to the Mahahual time.

What To Expect

This hassle-free tour starts at the cruise port, where you’ll have a seamless transfer to Hayhu Beach Club on a secluded beach. This is just for you and your group of up to six guests, so you won’t have to share this with people you don’t know.

You can choose from loads of options at the club, including snorkeling, paddleboarding or kayaking, volleyball, soccer, and more. Equipment is provided, so you don’t need to source that elsewhere.

You can use your food and drink credits towards a delicious lunch with plenty of choices, plus both non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This was a truly amazing excursion. Definitely first class throughout. Starting with the friendly driver who was very communicative about how and were to meet. On to the really beautiful, truly private beach resort. The management could not have done more to make us feel welcome and special. The accommodations were first class - including a private bathroom and shower. They were very reasonable on charges for massages and extra food. Really great experience.

Had an amazing time being pampered by Carlos and Alfredo. Massages on the beach were professionally done, and exquisite. Drinks and food were both prepared with taste and presentation in mind. Best beach in Mexico by far!!

Best excursion of the week

This was the best excursion that we took on our one week cruise. Everything went really smooth. Communication from Hayhu was exellent with good istructions. Our driver Diego was very nice and on time. Place itself was beautiful. Drinks and food was very good and service top notch! We highly recommend.

Definitely a first class, high end private beach experience!

We had a great time at Hayhu Beach. Food was yummy and plentiful, our space was nice (there were 4 adults with plenty of room) top notch service- thanks Carlos! The water is clear, white sandy beach, definitely will do again.

We were restricted from debarkation due to weather. Asked tour operator as it happened what would happen. They confirmed via text we would get a FULL REFUND so we cancelled. After the trip, they only gave a 30% refund and VIATOR and the operator refused to honor their agreement to offer a full refund

Great food, less than desirable beach

Very clean and tidy little place on the beach. Staff is very attentive. Drinks and food are first rate. It was horribly hot the day of our visit and the staff provided extra umbrellas and a fan. The beach is almost nonexistent and what was available was littered with trash and debris. It is not very suited for swimming or wading. If they had a pool or had at least cleaned up the beach area, i would have given 5 stars.

We wanted something off the beaten path, and they delivered. Great spot with a wonderful staff. My husband and I had a relaxing massage. (It was awesome) The kids loved the snorkeling and had a wonderful time in the warm water. We also had a private bathroom with shower. We will definitely do this again.

Wonderful, local experience

From the beginning, this excursion was such a great experience. When we left our cruise ship, there was a private taxi waiting for us right outside the cruise port. The ride was quick to the beach club and the driver was friendly. Upon arriving, we were treated like VIPs. Lucio welcomed us and showed us to our private veranda. Right after we got situated, Carlos and Freddy immediately started taking our drink and food orders. I do not say this lightly, the food and drink were other worldly. The best margaritas and Mexican food I've ever had. Everything was fresh and prepared perfectly. The day we visited was a bit overcast and there was rain incoming. Lucio came up to our veranda and let us know that they had already prepared the space below the veranda for us as rain was starting. We also received massages from Joshua with Hayhu Message. He did a great job we were all happy with the experience. If you are in the area and want a get away for the day, I would highly recommend the Hayhu Beach Club.

This place is extraordinary. The views of the beach and the cleanliness and comfort of the facility was outstanding. What surprises me the most was the FOOD! Best lobster ever!! The service was amazing. Five star experience - first class all the way.

We enjoyed the drinks, food and peacefulness. We were a party of 6 and rented the private balcony with restroom and shower. We were given a $300 credit for food and drinks. I will definetly be returning with family.

Exclusive, somewhat remote feeling but memorable experience. Absolutely delicious food and stunning views. Wonderful service and they even offer massages for a reasonable fee. Remember to bring cash for tips! I highly recommend.

Absolutely a MUST DO!!!! This place exceeded our expectations from the moment we stepped on the property. Hayhu Beach Resort is beautiful and postcard perfect. I do not usually leave reviews BUT hands down thos place was worth every penny. If you are in Costa Maya you have to experience this. This place gets you away from all the touristy crowds. You will not be disappointed from the service, to the food, to the location..hands down great!!!

Our day at Hayhu was amazing! We are a family with a teen and an eight year old. We had a great, relaxing day. It was a rainy day but the team at Hayhu were so flexible and really went above and beyond to make us happy. The kids were able to go to the water in between showers because the beach is a few steps away! Nothing better than a private beach that it is maintained! When the showers came down, there is a lovely lounge area with bean bags and pillows. There really was nothing better than lounging while listening to the rain. The food was so great too! The drinks? Amazing! I would would for sure recommend Hayhu to anyone that is wanting to just RELAX and enjoy nature. It will be hard to top this.

Amazing private experience, food and drink fairly priced, we did not use our allotment for 6 people. Private Shower and Toilet. This is a very VIP experience. We will hit the Hayhu Beach Club anytime in Costa Maya
