      Great Tour
      Rafael_A, Jul 2022
Great tour if you dont have time to spend the night close to Machu Picchu. Pickup was on time and the entire trip was long but comfortable. Our guide, Yesenia, was great. The actual tour of the site was obviously on the short side, but if time is an issue, this is a great option. Machu Picchu is just amazing!

We were looking for a private tour and support in traveling from Cusco to Machu Picchu, Tania and her team took care of everything and really put us at ease. It was so nice to be able to message Tania with any questions or concerns. Tania met us the day before the trip to explain everything. The next day, we were picked up by one of her drivers, Jorge, and brought to the train station. Jorge then showed us where to go to get on the train. Willy met us right after we got of the train and spoke excellent English (we don't speak Spanish very well). Willy got us on the bus to Machu Picchu and into the entrance without issue. He then continued to give us a detailed history of the site. Willy is extremely knowledgeable and funny. He also customized the tour for us based on our requests. After the tour, we had lunch in Aguas Calientes and asked Willy to join us. From there we took the train back and met back up with Jorge who got us home safely. Tania met us at the hotel afterward to make sure everything went well. I would highly recommend using Tania and her team!

They really do everything for you with this tour. We had some flight issues back in late July when we went because LATAM is garbage, but were lucky enough to be paired with Tania who was the coordinator and WIllie who was an absolutely fantastic guide. She changed everything around and even came to our place to help make sure we got to see what we were supposed to see. Really just a caring person. Willie made sure we took our time so no one got tired but gave us good time to see and take pictures where we needed to. They are just great people to be with. You get to see the best views and the explanation of everything is very thorough. All questions were answered along the way. We had lunch at the end which Willie recommended, it was a good call....request him. It's a long trip from Cusco, but beyond worth it! If people have negative things to say, it's truly a shame....I give the good, bad, and ugly and this one is definitely good!

Had a wonderful experience at Machu Picchu with the help of our driver, guide Willie, and Tanya who coordinated everything. The day before, Tanya came to our hotel to give us our tickets and instructions and explain the next day’s schedule. Our driver picked us up on time and took us to the train station. At Machu Picchu town, Willie was waiting for us with a sign with our names on it. He grabbed our bus tickets and headed up to Machu Picchu. We spent the perfect amount of time there, and Willie let us customize our tour to what we wanted to see. He explained the history of the Incas, the importance of the site; he even took photos for us that will help us remember this trip for a lifetime! After we travelled back to Cusco, Tanya met us that night with a gift for booking with them. They were the best company to use for a once in a lifetime trip and will recommend them to everyone planning to visit.
One day tour of Machu Picchu including pickup and drop off from hotel in Cusco
      Stephen_W, Nov 2019
Excellent tour. No problems at all. Transport was all arranged and worked perfectly. Two hour guided tour of the site and the opportunity to stay longer without the guide. Two hours was fine for us because of the sun and the climbing around (not young any more!). Some older folks were having issues. The guide was 7 out of 10. I would have liked an overview of the site before entering and he seemed more intent on getting the photos rather than the history. However, he knew his stuff and we were a bit geeky and less interested in the photo album. Very friendly and responded to our requests. Would highly recommend this tour!!!
      Good overall

The organization for this trip was great - they had set up a cab to train departing Cusco and bus to Machu Picchu with guides to meet you. Tania met us the day before to walk us through everything and made sure we were comfortable with the plans for the next day. There was a mix-up in the morning with our cab to the train but they fixed that right away. Overall I would recommend this trip if you want to minimize you're planning - they organize getting there, the tour itself, and getting back, really great.
      Worthwhile!

We booked this package last minute because everything was getting booked out quickly!! It was more expensive than what we wanted but better than missing out on the dates we had available to do the visit. I had never used this site Viator before and first thing I google was 'is Viator Legit?' It seemed to be but still had to cross our fingers because its a lot of money to hand over right! The confirmations came through eventually and then closer to the time a Peruvian lady contacted me through whats app, Tania was lovely, detailed and organised, Genuinely helpful. She organised dirt cheap taxis for our party to and from the airports. Everything she organised with Taxis, Trains, Buses and our Tour guide for Machu Picchu was flawless. Believe me the place is heaving with tourists so thats a miracle. We defiantly recommend having a private tour guide, so much better having the freedom and agility. You will understand when you see the slow big groups moving about. Our tour guide was awesome knowledgable beyond what was expected and had a sense of humour. When we got back to Cusco the day before we left Tania insisted on coming to visit us at our Airbnb to 'follow up on the tour' but just wanted to Thank us and give us some really cool we local gifts before we left. A nice touch. Tourism is really important to them and the don't take it for granted. All in all we felt it was value for money and nice to arrive to a busy place with everything sorted without having to get sucked into road side admin and just able to enjoy the place. Cheers Tania!!!
      Wonderful Customer service & experience

First of all, Macchu Picchu is nothing short of amazing and you should go immediately. Here is why you should book THIS tour: Tania met with us nice & early on our trip to make sure we had everything we needed and were prepared. She kept in consistent contact making sure we had been picked up, were comfortable, knew what to expect, and made it back safely and were happy with our day. Later in the trip she dropped by our hotel with a thank you gift, which was absolutely above and beyond. She made us feel so welcome in Peru. Now, the day of the tour.... Our guide Sandro met us at the shuttle stop just before the entrance of Macchu Picchu, and turned out to be not only one of the best tour guides I have ever had, but a little bit of my savior that day too... Sandro told us all about the Incas and the site and the history of the area in a clear concise way that was both interesting, and interjected with conversation and humor, making it seem almost as though we were checking out the site with an old friend. I had a "feminine emergency" once we reached the top, and Sandro was absolutely amazing in getting me rushed down, talked to the rangers to arrange me getting out of the site to use the restroom and back in (despite the "no reentry") and helped me get a new pair of shorts at the gift shop (yes it was THAT bad!) he was so super cool about it, even though I absolutely wanted to die of embarrassment, he was awesome and made me feel comfortable and even made a little joke about how much worse it could be. Super cool guy, and I am very grateful for his help. All in all, I highly recommend this tour - request Sandro, he's awesome. PS: we took the Vistadome option, which is very nice (albeit a weird and unnecessary show on the return trip)
      GREAT!

They dropped off tickets the day before and explained everything. It was smooth, on time, and a great experience without stress of missing anything. Very informative guide and spoke good English. People waited hours to either get on train or bus to Machu Picchu and we didnt worry and jumped the line. Reservations.;)

The trip went very smoothly. The visit to Machu Picchu was amazing and was the experience we were looking for. The guide was very good in English and did a great job. This tour is a very long day when you start in Cusco so I would look for the Viator options from the Sacred Valley which would make a more compact day.
