Desert Safari!!

My husband and I loved this excursion! Amjad our driver who picked us up from our hotel and drove us to both sites was very polite and friendly! This is deffo worth the money we paid and the time it takes. It’s also best to pay the 50AED for the VIP seating when you get to the camp aswell. Well done RAH Tours :)

The driver was really, really nice and fun and he was definitely the highlight. The Activities in the camp were awful. The "camel ride" was just sitting on a camel for around 30 Seconds and the dune board was broken. I was really looking forward to the dune boarding and there was not even someone there who could help with the broken binding. But the worst was the lady that made the hanna-tattoo. She rushed through with the making and it looks like it has been drawn by a child! Mind me i washed it off immediately but it will stay on for a while. The whole time in the camp people tell you "this is for free" but we already paid for the services by purchasing this experience. And i get the point of selling something but there are certainly other ways to do so.

Literally the only reason I didn’t give a higher rating was that over an 8 hour trip we were travelling for 5 of those due to drop offs and pick ups, when we got going with the dunes and the camp it was amazing

Never again with the Viator.com! We had very unsatisfied experience. In the reservation site they promised a lot of included events but then we did not get anything as promised. There was no camel ride included, there was no sandboarding. When we came to the camp place The Royal Eagle it was not royal at all. Firstly they did not know where to put us, they were arguing with our driver, there was no welcome drinks, not henna painting, not even shisha pipe. Open buffet barbecue dinner was not tasty at all, with a little pieces of meat, the Indian family agreed with the opinion. The all service was terrible awful. The only thing that was good was the driver, who was very kind, polite and friendly. He argued with the camp stuff, where to sit as at the table. We were together with an indian family who paid 22€ per person. We were treated the same for 55€ per person. We will not recommend viator.com to anybody. We were overall deeply disappointed and we have a feeling that you robbed us for a great experience with the money paid for the trip. When we told the driver how much we paid and have included, he was in shock. He can confirm what a dissppointing adventure we had. Thank you very much.

Basic tourist trap

Basically, it’s a tourist trap. They try to make you pay more money for extra things, and if you refuse- they act rude. The only good thing was the tour guide/driver. Won’t recommend it to others.

It was a little rushed but good value for price. All activities promised were not actually given and no statement was made about their failure to offer them. All together to rushed for my liking but decent value for the price...The dune bashing was a highlight!

We had a great afternoon desert experience. The driver was very experienced, helpful and made sure we had a great time both during our desert dune bashing and dinner. Unfortunately, the car came later than scheduled, but this was caused by other passengers' tardiness. As tips, make sure you have a tight grip on the handles in the car at all times, and that the seat belt is fastened. Having some cash with you is also advisable, even though all is prepaid.

Safari was good like the ride but food was bit poor would have prefer better service and food. Need to improve on the food side entertainment was ok.

The Dune-bashing is absolutely worth it. We had a safe and fun driver. They bring you to a centre to rent Quads first, to make you spend some more money, but you don't have to of course. Dinner was a huge buffet and tasty. Sadly they finished the evening early, I was not even done with eating yet. Got to do all the things promised, except the belly-dance was not performed - without excuse. Don't spend more money than you did already. They want you to buy Fotos of you, a farther camel ride, and so on. Don't worry if they get a little angry at you when you don't spend more money.

Habib ma gratter 20 euros de plus pour mon fils qui n’a pas encore 3 ans.sur le site c’est marqué pourtant gratuit, alors je pose la question a viator? Fausse information ou raquette? Qui va me rembourser? Le site Viator? De plus , nous avons attendu 50 minutes avant de rejoindre le camp, du coup on n’a raté le coup de soleil. A part ça on n’a vraiment aimée! Et ce n’est pas de l’ironie! La ballade dans le désert c’était terrible ! Court mais bien! De plus on n’a fait la connaissance de Soraya et de c’est 2 filles, des français comme nous, du coup on n’a bien sympathisé !!!!

Chauffeur arrivé avec 1h30 de retard, sans un mot d'excuse. Tour en chameau réduit à quelques pas à peine, juste le temps de prendre 2-3 photos. A peine assis pour le repas, le chauffeur (très désagréable) a insisté très fortement pour reprendre la route immédiatement. Dès lors, pas eu l'occasion d'assister aux spectacles pourtant prévus. Au final, grosse arnaque et journée perdue. Evitez RAH absolument. Indigne de figurer sur une offre VIATOR.
