Wondering tour of the beautiful city of Florence!

Excellent tour of the city with very informative history of all the different landmarks. Well worth the money and recommend especially if you want to see the city without walking. Also taken to the high point so that you can see the view of the whole city and able to take photos.

This was possibly the worst tour we have been on. Guide could barely speak English, talked over the top of recorded guide, we asked to finish early it was so bad.

The tourist guide option separately read the description. Maybe you asked for a ride at the end of the tour, but we can't do our tours, they are the same for everyone. Meanwhile, can you send me a reservation?

Speedy way of getting to see many of Florence's best sights

A speedy and effective way to get your lay of the city on the first day of your trip. We passed by many of the sights and stopped at the Piazzale Michelangelo for photos and a drink. Covered a lot of the city in a short period of time and it gave us a good idea of which places that we would like to return to visit.

Great way to see a big city with so many historical gems and incredible sights. Our tour guides were excellent and knew all of the right places to take us. Also great if you have some older people in your family that need a break from all of the walking! We were very happy with this tour

Worst tour we have ever been on. Most all the info was recorded. We needed to wear earplugs that were not new! They were used. Gross. Plus we had a terrible driver. We all felt very unsafe. I believe we deserve a complete refund.

What a wonderful way to see the sites of Florence. I always take a tour of the city I’m visiting to get my bearings. This one did not disappoint. Alex was wonderful. Extremely patient when I got turned around walking to the met up point. Excellent guide and driver. Took my pic at the Michaelangelo look out point overlooking the city. Highly recommend this tour and Alex as the guide - you won’t be disappointed🏆🏆

Nice tour to see city on short time schedule

I only had a short time in Florence before my train to my final location. This tour was the only one that fit my schedule and let me see so much of the city! I had never been in a golf cart tour, but it was nice and you could hear about the places on the recording. The meeting place is just a garage, but they showed up on time so it all went well.

We weren’t sure about this tour plus it’s not refundable which we didn’t realize when we booked it but boy we were so happy we did! Vida was our driver who was very capable and sweet. She took our picture over the Arno and we listened to a recording of each highlighted spot. It saved my feet and gave us a great tour around the city. It was really fantastic and glad we did it! The stop at the Piazza Michael Angelo was great and such an awesome view of Florence. Even if you don’t do this tour make sure you get up there for the pictures! All in all the tour was great and well worth the money for me!

Not really a great tour. The guide was hard to understand and really did not say a lot. Most of the tour was a canned tour that played through an ear piece. I would not take this one again.

Perfect first day excursion in Florence!

This tour was perfect! I’ve been on a few tours of Florence as this was my third trip here and I wanted to share my favorite city with my husband for the first time on this trip. The Tuk Tuk was able to get close to the attractions near the city center that are too crowded for tour buses such as the Duomo and the Uffuzi Gallery but could also take you places that you wouldn’t be able to see with a short walking tour, like Piazza Michaelangelo or Pitti Palace. I was nervous when our driver handed us headsets and told us that it was a recorded tour, but all of the information that was given to us was exactly what we wanted to know. And our driver was able to answer additional questions as well. Overall, this was the perfect tour for a first day in Florence. You get a good idea of where everything is and a good summary of the main attractions.

Great time seeing the sights of Florence. Our guide was informative pointing out locations you would not have seen on your own. Taking the tour to the opposite side of the river and up to the top of the hill was totally worth it. A view of Florence you would never have had a chance to experience if going it alone. Great time. Small Golf cart, not a Tuk Tuk. Very uncomforatble and just going thru the motions. Not a good experience.

Our tour guide was great, very informative and paused at certain sites so we could take pictures. We would not have seen half the city if it weren’t for the tour. The best part was the view of the city from the top of a very steep hill.
