Your chosen time (transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) Please note: for departure transfers to Florence Airport the pick up time is approx. 2-hour and a half before the flight departure time. Please take this into consideration when booking the daily or nightly option. An anticipated pick up time could affect the rate and must be confirmed by the provider. Please note this transfer is only available from hotels in the main City of Florence, please contact us if you are unsure if your hotel is included within the pick up area.

What To Expect

Skip the stress of booking a taxi or finding a shuttle service when your Florence trip comes to an end. Just enter your details when you book, pay in advance and then show your voucher to your driver.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Our driver (Luca) was great! I wish Viator would have provided us the departure address in an email confirmation. It would have been helpful to have rather than calling to make sure it was correct. That added a bit of stress. But our driver was nice and was waiting for us right on time and dropped us at the airport.

We had booked this transfer because of an early flight. The transfer was confirmed and everything was set for a 4:10 pick up. The driver never showed up. I called the emergency contact numbers, one of them was not in service, the other the person hung up on me. at 4:30 the driver phoned to say he just getting on his way to pick us up. By that time we had already found a taxi. Highly disappointed in what was supposed to be a nice easy end to our holiday. If you book this, I suggest getting the driver information from the vendor so you can reach out directly when they are late arriving.

I booked this service for both Arrival and Departure Transfer. The Arrival Transfer did not turn up until almost an hour after the booked time and after several telephone calls. The Departure Transfer arrived after a telephone call from the hotel receptionist. I would warn anyone against booking this service. The cost was astronomical, the service poor. It would have been preferable to have taken a taxi from the airport at a cost of 20-25 Euros. Please allow some time travelling into and out of Florence as there is a great deal of traffic, especially during the rush hours. Taxi drivers are organised by the municipality and are extremely polite and helpful.

This was fantastic. Beautiful Jaguar picked us up and took us to the Airport. The taxi by comparison, when we arrived was terrible. Totally recommend this if you want comfort and class. The driver was also great at accommodating our earlier pick up time as well after booking.
