      Booked this cooking class with a friend while we were in florence for a few days because it looked like an exciting authentic experience and we were blown away! Giacomo was so hospitable and kind, we loved getting to learn from him! the pasta itself was incredible, and so fun to make. we were also provided with coffee, cookies, wine, and dessert, all of which were delicious. if you’re looking for a calming, personal cooking experience, definitely book this one! you can’t get much better than a private class with authentic family recipes.

      It was an incredible experience! Giacomo the cook is really very nice, we cooked pasta and ravioli, everything was delicious! He made the best desserts. I recommend 200%
