Our family of 5, joined by a family friends, had a fun evening learning how to cook a few delicious dishes in Florence. We had our own chef, teaching us how to make each dish. We made fresh pasta, Spinach and Ricotta ravioli, gnocchi, two different sauces and panna cotta. Everyone in our group made our own dough for fresh pasta, sfuff and cut a few ravioli, and we all had opportunities to chop up ingredients for the sauces. Everything was delicious. Recipes were given out at the end of the evening. It was a fun and memorable evening in Florence.

This was such a delightful experience! The chefs were friendly and so knowledgeable. Our dishes were delicious and hopefully I can make them on my own! Also the facility was clean and nice. Loved this class!

Take this class while in Florence

My 11 & 13 year olds voted for this activity while in Florence and we are so glad we did it. A quick 15 min walk from the center of Florence and well worth it. We learned how to make 3 kinds of pasta, sauces and dessert. There were about 40 pp in total but was broken down into groups of 10-12 working in two stations. We had a group of 5 at our station which was perfect. The chef demonstrated and was very patient. He helped my 11 year old who was having a little trouble with the pasta machine. They also managed to alter the menu for my lactose intolerant kid. The food was delicious and it was fun to try all the different pastas. Don’t come starving as it does take some time to cook everything. We starting eating around 7:20pm and ended around 8:20pm.

Absolutely amazing!! We made 3 pastas, 2 sauces, and a dessert. We met new friends and enjoyed every step of the process. It was extremely well organized and we recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!

We made two fresh pastas and three sauces as well as gnocchi. Instructors were very friendly as were the other people in the class. We really enjoyed our dinner of the food we prepared.

Wonderful experience! The facility was easy to find, well equipped, and the instructor was excellent. The 3 pastas were simple yet delicious. My favorite part was learning to make the Ragu sauce. Highly recommend this class!

I LOVED this class. The instructor was a nice man who spoke English, Spanish and Italian. We learnt how to make 3 different types of pasta, sauces and panna cotta. We were given a paper-copy of the recipes at the end. I would HIGHLY recommend this, and Cheffactory is in a location that is VERY easy to find.

Great class, fun night

This was a great class for learning to make several types of pasta. We also got to make tirimasu for dessert and it was delicious! Highly recommend this class for a fun activity in Florence. Instructors were warm and friendly and made it a fun night out!

Such a fun experience. We learned a lot about making pasta and sauces and had such a laugh with travellers from all around the world. Washing down the result of our labour with red wine was a great end to the class.

Fun family activity

Fun experience! The chefs were knowledgeable but made it easy for us to follow along and included everyone. The recipes were tasty as well. They even called a cab for us after the class finished because the roads were closed. Would highly recommend!

What a great experience to have when in Italy!!! We had a group of 13 and had the best time! Stefano our chef guide was amazing with us, plus all the other staff. Sitting down as a group and enjoying all our creations was so fun! Highly recommend this class!

Such a great pasta making class in Florence, would recommend to anyone visiting! Francesco was such a great chef instructor and really funny and all the other staff were friendly and super efficient. The pasta + desert making itself was fun and easy and it’s a bonus you get to sit down over wine and enjoy your cooking.

We Had The Best Time

Our chef Francesca is a lovely young woman with great patience and skill. This had to be the most fun tour we had in Italy. We made fettuccine, ravioli and gnocchi. We helped prepare the ingredients for our sauces. We also made panna cotta. It’s surprising how easy Francesca made this class. We sat down to a meal of our pastas and wine, finishing with our panna cotta. It was a fun evening.

Fun and unique experience

We had a fantastic experience learning how to make pasta and different sauces. The chefs were really clear and helpful and the whole experience was a delight, especially eating our food at the end with our fellow novice chefs. I highly recommend this as a unique and fun experience in Florence. Can’t wait to try our new skills out at home with the recipes provided x
