The cooking class was excellent! We loved learning how to make pasta and tiramisu and learning from the chef. Everything was delicious and the small group setting was perfect.

The class was awesome and I totally enjoyed it. The chef was awesome too. He explained the importance of fresh ingredients at farmer's market along with cheese and prosciutto. Showing us how both are preserved. I loved actually making pasta and dessert. Then eating it. The food was awesome!

Great class! Kids loved it too. This tour really gives you the opportunity to see how Italians eat...go to the market, pick your fresh produce and head to the kitchen. Giorgio was a fantastic guide and chef, and the food was amazing! Don't eat beforehand, because there will be more than enough to eat, and you will also enjoy plenty of wine as well.

Fantastic evening cooking! My partner was unable to join so I ventured off solo and attended this class and I am so glad I did! Chef and his sous chef were so kind, personable, knowledgeable and fun. The session started with a prepared appetizer and aperol spritz and then we began our pasta making - both noodles and ravioli along with a fresh tomato sauce and strawberry tiramisu. Super informative and fun! The evening concluded with indulging in our made dinner and dessert along with wine and lovely conversation. They even packaged up the rest of the prepared dinner so I could bring back to my husband.
