Our guide Irina was great and very informative but there wasn’t as much to see in the Medici Chapels as there was in the other museums we toured. Our group was a little disappointed in the exhibits at the Medici Chapels.

I have had 10 days in Florence and many tour guides, all very knowledgeable, but Irina who conducted the tour of the Medici Chapels is the very best. She understands to give the information and story, in this case about the Medici Chapels in such a way that it comes to live and evokes the feeling of wanting to know more about this inspiring place. I received so much knowledge and information about the Medici Chapels and the Medici that if I didn’t had Irina as a tour guide I would never know. Irina tells the story and facts about the Medici Chapels in a very vivid and passionate way.

Amazing history of the Medici family and an incredible tour of the tombs, chapel and Michelangelo’s New Sacristy. Our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history, statues and structure. Seeing the secret stairs down to Michelangelo’s hiding place was fascinating.

This excursion was our very first in Florence on our first day there. Irina was a wonderful guide. She is not only very knowledgeable in Medici history, but also multilingual and a very kind person. Irons is a true gem. We had her to ourselves and enjoyed every minute as she explained the chapels, the related Medici, and other sites connecting to them. She is knowledgeable, personable, charming and intent on making sure you get what you want from her tour. Never felt rushed or delayed. We cannot recommend this tour enough!

Amazing experience, especially being able to stand in that masterpiece of a stone chapel. Our tour guide was extremely informative and filled us in on the Medici family history and also taught us a lot about Michelangelo's relationship to them and his artistic development. She was super engaging and energetic, and infused a lot of interesting points into her talk, enough to keep my 10 and 12 year old kids' attention! So glad we did the tour instead of trying to take it in all by ourselves.
