Worth the climb

The tour was okay and it was nice to have a little time to explore and shop. The biggest complaint was the guide inside the cathedral and tower did not use a flag so it was hard to follow her. But she was good and interjected humor. The climb of the tower was easier than the Duomo in Florence or St. Peter's Basillica in Rome but the same stairs are used to go up and down so it can get crowded and the stair are marble so they can be slippery.

Lousy instructions where to meet. Concierage-at 5 star hotel-and Uber driver agreed. No answer to phone until 10 minutes to departure time. Worst Viator experience ever

Viator Booking Issues

Tour was supposed to come with entrance tickets to the Leaning Tower (main attraction) but we had to purchase at site. Also tour operator attempted to charge us $60 at meeting point because of issue with our booking not to our fault but to Viator. All of this was on top of the Viator booking charge before date of tour. Will not book with Viator again.

La excursión en si y los lugares visitados fueron muy buenos, mi opinión se basa más en el servicio de el tour y el guía. En mi experiencia en guía estaba de prisa a todo momento desde la primera parada de bajo y sigio caminando de largo sin esperar que todos bajaran. Algunos teníamos objetos en la bodega, entonces simplemente nos dejó perdidos. Al regresar, no nos mostró el punto de encuentro, nos perdimos y el tour simplemente nos dejó en un pueblo en Italia sin conocer nada ni a nadie. El servicio de chat de whatsapp me decían que estaba en el lugar indicado hasta que se dieron cuenta que no y simplemente me dijeron que se tenían que ir. Viajaba con mi abuela de 82 años y mi bebé de 20 meses muy mala experiencia. Muchos de los pasajeros eran personas retiradas que caminaban lento y muchos de ellos se quejaron también. Otra vez, buen tour, mal guía y servicio al cliente.
