Good morning, dear customer.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with all of us! Due to the nature of the structure, especially the long and narrow staircase leading to the top of the dome, guides primarily provide explanations while still on the ground floor.
Our guides, who are certified and have many years of experience, not only describe, narrate, and inform about what is interesting on the ground floor but also introduce what will be seen during the ascent of the nearly 500 steps, where attention is generally lower.
During the climb, the museum's direction does not allow for extended stops for information, only brief pauses to regain energy to ensure a continuous flow towards the top.
We apologize if the guide did not repeat what was included in your ticket; unless specifically requested, they are more inclined to provide information about the artworks and points of interest, given the limited time we have in such historically rich and art-filled places.
We will remind our guides to spend an extra two minutes to review what is included in your reservation. We hope to have you with us again for another experience in discovering Florence!
Sincerely,
ACCORD Team
