St John Paul and St Faustina tour will touch you heart
Michele_D, May 2023
Jacob was the best tour guide! He picked us up on time, drove us to each location with complete explanations at each site. He arranged for us to attend mass at the sanctuary and even attend the divine mercy chalet. He brought us snacks and water, which we enjoyed and did not expect. The sites of St John Paul 2 including his museum and churches were amazing, as was the church of st Faustina. This is a must do activity if you are Catholic or even if you are not! Jacob was the perfect tour guide. I’d give him 6 stars out of 5!

"A Divine Experience ".

Jacob our tour guide was amazing. He reached out to us shortly after booking to find out exactly what we wanted our experience to be. Since we wanted to be in the Chapel of the Divine Mercy during the prayer of the Divine Chaplet at 3 pm, he appropriately designed our prior activities so that this could happen. Jacob arrived in an extremely comfortable vehicle with snack baskets for each of us. He was very kind , informative and soft spoken. He enlightened us with much information. He guided us efficiently Thru each sight we visited and let us spend appropriate time at each site. We would definitely recommend this tour. And thanks to Jacobs planning we got to experience our "little miracle ". Definitely recommend this

My visit to Poland
Venture166919, Nov 2019
I was in Berlin for almost two weeks to visit a friend and we decided to go to Poland for a weekend. Not knowing the country did a search for guided tours and found Viator. We booked the tour and immediately received an email confirmation. We weren’t able to print the tickets and I was a bit worry. When we arrived to Poland the next day received a phone call from a very polite gentleman. He confirmed the time and pick up location for the following morning. Jakub arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time and waited for us. He was polite, well mannered, had great conversation and greeted us with small bag with snacks. His vehicle was extremely clean and smelled good. In my opinion he was an excellent driver. He explained the tour and asked us if we had questions. He said; that because it was a private tour we could be flexible. His English was perfect, he had a vast knowledge of the history of Poland, its religion, the pope, the culture, etc. He even shared with us some personal information about growing up in Poland and his family. He made suggestions about where to buy souvenirs. My friend and I felt very comfortable and safe with him. He suggested a place where locals eat authentic Poland meals and at the end of the day dropped us near the place. If I had been staying longer in Poland and needed additional tours I wouldn’t have hesitated to use Viator and or request him. I highly recommend the company.
