Customer needs to provide their accommodation address in order to perfom hotel pickup. In case of lack of this information customer will be awaited at our meeting point at Straszewskiego 14 Street. Some of the hotels located in Kraków Old Town are in traffic restricted area and no direct pickup is available. In that case we provide a pickup from closest possbile pickup point.

We missed the tour because we paid for hotel pick but pick up was somewhere else. Want a refund heard nothing from people concerned.

This is the worst service I have encountered problems with both trips and they ignore you when u ask for a refund would never use this site again

Trip time changed with insufficient notice so didn't actually get to go!

We especially booked a trip to the Salt Mines with an 11.45 hotel pick up, only for it to be changed to 7.20 the evening before. We were eating out and didn't see a message regarding the change and hence received a phone call at 7.20 am asking if we would be getting on the coach? Not only was the time changed but also the pickup location. We were going on the trip with friends who we were meeting mid morning. There was a reason for us booking 11.45 and no alternative was offered. As it was Easter weekend, there were no tickets available if we took alternative transport. Very disappointed not to go to the Salt Mines and still awaiting a response to a refund request.

Fantastic afternoon. Well worth a visit. Pick up and drop off went smoothly. Guide very good. Leave your coat in cloakroom as it gets very hot. It is a lot of walking and going over 500 downstairs, but there is a lift to come back in. Well worth a visit if you can do it. The large chapel is beautiful.

seeing the large chapel with chandeliers was the high point of the tour, as was the excellent guide. The low point was you exit the building at a different place from the beginning of the tour, not easy to find your way back. This tour is not for the unfit, it's a lot of walking, but totally worth it.

I was a great trip eventhough we had to stop at more hotels for Pick up of other guests. I was though a little weird that we were placed in guidet tour as individuals with more than 40 other persons. It was hard to understand the guide since we were so many persons and due to accent. It was claustrophobic to join a small elevator at the last part of the tour with a lot of other persons which didn’t seemed so healthy. Another time I would prefer to make another arrangement to the mines.

There was no prior orientation regarding the need to by foot using stairs to go to 56 floors below ground level!! It was unpleasant experience ! The lift used to take us up to ground floor was very primitive

We were picked up about a block from our hotel - street full of taxi, bus, trolley but whatever. We got to the Salt Mines - driver got us in the right line and we were turned over to a gal whose English was spotty at best. EmPHAsis on the wrong SyLAble. Her voice didn’t carry well so we missed most of what she was mumbling and the group was huge. The 7 of us (the people in the van) stuck together at the end and took one of the elevators up. We ended up in a spot different than the entrance and there were no signs pointing the way to the entrance. We hadn’t been given the driver info - no number to call - eventually we asked somebody for directions and made it back to the car park. This wasn’t really a trip that showed any real care or grace. Could have taken a taxi and found my own line.

Our trip to the saltmines was so well organised. Messaged with pick up time the previous evening. Picked up at our hotel exactly on time. The tour was excellent, with super guide. We were picked up afterwards outside the exit and dropped back to our hotel. Our driver was a lovely, personable young gentleman who did a fantastic job. Top class service. I'd highly recommend booking with this company.
