Expect to be waiting, but once arrived, great service.

Booked 2 different transfers at 2 different locations/times and both drivers were 30 minutes+ late each time. Second time we were told it was because first assigned driver had an ‘incident’. Both drivers were very pleasant and courteous once they did arrive and provided great service.

The driver was 20 minutes late so we just had to wait outside. Tried to call someone but no one answered. Wish the driver would have called to let me know he was running late.

Diogo was very skillful driver to maneuvering through narrow and winding roads up and down the mountain roads. He wad very tentative towards us and knowledgeable with local history and attractions. We really enjoyed the tour with him and was grateful of his wife’s effective support of Diogo’s coordinating with us.
