The guide was not experienced , she hardly speak English and she speaks one word from each language so she confused us . She didn’t inform us about trip details Yet she was trying to satisfy us and I I enjoyed the trip

Visiting the gorgeous lakes was just breathtaking! We had plenty of time to walk around and visit some shops. The boat ride and seeing some of the fabulous villas was a fun experience. Patricia was one of the best guides we’ve ever had. She made such an effort to connect with everyone and make sure we were all having a great time, and she was so informative and sweet!

Great day trip from Milan , great guide ! Well organized trip , you must take it! We could not ask for a better guide! Alice was the best one! Our driver Antonello was also a great and responsible driver! Everything well organized and professional! The only thing that could be improved is the time we had at Como city! We needed 50- 60 min more of the time scheduled. Overall, a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! 100% recommended! PS ALICE gave us useful info and tips not only regarding the lakes we visited but also for Milan! Hard to find the correct group

The trip is wonderful. Lugano, bellagio and lake como is really beautiful. But we were very stressed and confused to find the right group as there were so many bus there. Ask the guy with paper named veditalia he only said find the lady in blue or in white. The guide dont hold any flag so no one knows which one is guide. Every one run here run there to find the lady. Its really awful way to start the holiday trip. And the guide voice also very small we cant hear clearly what she said.

Dear Anastasia, the tour started at 8:30am and you started to complain about the difficulty in finding the correct bus at 8:29am when you were already on the bus, as I told you that day we had more than 200 people on board our buses leaving at the same time and all of them left on time without anyone complaining except you. By the way you asked us for help at 8:12am and we assisted you by also telling you the bus numbers by 8:17am, so you had plenty of time to find the correct bus. This was a memorable and relaxing way to end our vacation in Italy. Lugano is a charming city, the boat ride was fantastic and we had a delicious lunch and time exploring in Bellagio. Relaxed in a bar at the town square in Como. Our guide as informative and helpful.

Ciao a tutti! I booked this experience a couple of months in advance as a birthday present for my brother. Honestly, this did not disappoint. Venditalia was very detailed and went above and beyond to ensure that every member of our 44-member tour group had a wonderful time. Alessio was a professional, knowledgeable tour guide who kept us running on schedule and ensure we were all accounted for and having a wonderful time. Francesco safely guided the tour bus through the bustling streets of Milano along with the narrow, windy roads running along Lugano and Lake Como. I don’t know how someone manages! The views were simply majestic and as a pro tip, if you really want to soak in the first part of the tour, sit on the right side. At first, I was kicking myself over choosing the left side of the bus, but once Francesco got us through the Italian-Swiss border and through some windy roads, the view of Lake Como was all mine from the left-hand side. Also, be ready to budget an entire day as you make stops in Lugano city center, Bellagio and Como City Center. In my opinion, it was a day worth spending. Also, Alessio was kind enough to point out how much more expensive things are in Lugano… when in Switzerland, I guess. But he made sure to provide us with adequate places to choose from along with places with restrooms. Grazie a tutti, tutto é stato fantastico!! The next time I am in Italia, I am definitely using this experience. I can’t wait for the next time!

A really fun day! Alice our guide was kind and very informative and our driver Antonio was a skilled, safe driver (and some of the twists and turns were tight!). It’s a perfect day trip. You pack a lot in and you’re tired at the end but it’s the way to do it. We loved Bellagio and our lunch which was on a rooftop with lovely views of Lake Como and the food and wine were great. I would have liked a little more time at each stop especially Lugano because I would have liked to explore a little more. More time would have given us the opportunity to have food and shop, but it’s hard to fit it all in. We had perfect weather too and that made for excellent photos. Alice gave us a lot of fun facts. We were with our father in law and he walks quite slowly. So one piece of feedback would be to walk a little slower. But again, we really enjoyed the whole day!
