Our Inexperienced tour guide was Leah. We walked through neighborhoods with barely any information from her. She was looking on her phone constantly…possibly for directions? Once we had passed a group of people, I asked ‘what’s that’ and she said oh that’s 10 Downing Sq. Tour was a waste of time & very expensive. Can’t recommend. Tour lasted 3 hrs - not 4

Dear customers, we are sorry that the tour was not to your liking, although we have talked to the experienced guide to see what happened, as we are very attentive to the review, since she is a very good guide and she has done this tour many times. At your request you did not go to some of the stops as you had been there before, so the tour was shortened anyway, but it was at your request. The guide made the whole itinerary correct, she even helped you to take a cab at the end. We don't understand what you didn't like, but we respect your point of view. Thank you

Disappointed because we had an inexperience tour guide. Only her second tour, first was with her manager. Also did not get the complimentary dessert and coffee as promised.

We would like to clarify that you did receive coffee from your guide, but it was offered to you when you requested it. Additionally, we would like to mention that your group requested to be taken to Buckingham Palace during the tour, which your guide accommodated, but you did not mention this in your review. Furthermore, your guide did everything possible to adapt the tour to the walking impediment from your group. We understand that this can be challenging, and we apologize if you did not feel like your guide was experienced enough to handle it. However, we assure you that our guides undergo extensive training before leading tours. Lastly, we would like to address your comment about extorting the guide for good reviews. This behavior is not acceptable, and we do not condone it. Our guides are humble workers who strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients. We would appreciate it if you could refrain from making such accusations in the future. Thank you for choosing our tour, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Emily was wonderful! She was right on time, and, honestly It felt a lot like a good friend was showing me around her town. She was very knowledgeable and particularly helpful in planning the rest of my stay in London. I was able to get a high-level overview of some important sights and some in-depth exposure to more quaint and charming areas like Covent Garden and Notting Hill. She also taught me how to navigate the tube system :) Highly recommend for first-timers in London!
