The pub tour sounded interesting but it was a surprise how fun it was. We especially enjoyed our guide George as he explained all the unique stories of the pubs but also throughout the walk between the pubs much of London city history. His knowledge and stories were fascinating and his passion of history and story telling made you appreciate London history……we were surprised it was one of our best tours!!
Great time

George is a very knowledgeable guide and a great storyteller. We spent a couple of enjoyable hours in London and learnt several interesting facts. Would recommend this tour to anyone

An amazing time! George was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer every single question, even the crazy ones. Would highly recommend, also great drinking buddy!
Definitely recommend

Me and my partner Tim had a great tour with George who was a really good historian. It felt like we got so much more than just walking and stopping in certain places since he knew so much about little details all around, throughout the entire walk. Really, really good! We also got lots of other tips for places to go and explore and a new favourite pub for good food.
Not what we expected

I've been on a fair share of pub tours and pub crawls, and this was not what I expected. This was a historic walking tour of the city of London that stopped at a couple pubs. It was super casual with minimal structure. I don't think our tickets were checked. The tour met an Underground stop, walked to a pub for a half-pint, then walked around for a mile or so stopping to look at pubs, then eventually ended up an another pub about 90 minutes after the first. Our guide was really nice and had some fun stories to share, but it was definitely more of a historic walking tour than a pub tour.
We were enjoying the tour, our guide...

We were enjoying the tour, our guide was friendly and informative, but then very abruptly ended the tour. It was supposed to go for two hours, but went for an hour and a half. He bought us a beer and left. We were all a bit stunned.

This was a fun pub tour-only 3 of us so we were able to ask lots of questions and get to know George. Probably wouldn't do this on a Sunday again as some of the pubs were closed...still a fun tour though-highly recommend!

George met us at the stated meeting point. We were very lucky to be the only 2 on the tour. We spent 2 hours walking the back streets of London and visited 2 iconic London pubs with a beer in each. I recommend this tour.

We loved it! We had no one else joining us so we got an individual. We immediately were friends with our guide! If we had more time we would have him accompany us to everything in London! Lots of interesting information about history, even where Charles Dickens drank! Highly recommend this!

If I could give 10 stars I would! On the day of the tour, we were the only ones on the tour and George did a fantastic job of making it feel like a personalized tour. The tour was educational, fun and sprinkled with anecdotes. I loved all the pubs we visited and it was definitely one of the best tours I've been on. Thank you George, for making our pub tour the highlight of our trip!
