The tour was not great at all. They also don’t tell you the the Churchill war Bunker is at the end of the tour and extends it for two hours. We actually did not see the changing of the guards. We just saw the parade pass by in their way too it. Have used Viator many times before. This was our first real disappointment.

I will absolutely recommend this tour to anybody visiting London and looking for a personable guide.

Will was an excellent tour guide. He was knowledgeable and humorous, and really put all the sights into context for someone who was a first time visitor to the UK. We were right on time throughout the tour and I particularly loved seeing the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace.

Viator hits it out of the park with this London tour! I had the option to visit the Winston Churchill War Rooms. I highly-recommend it! There is also a museum on Winston Churchill's life within the war room area. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helped us to feel we received the maximum value! I would like to return to London and venture on another tour!

Our tour guide was extremely rude towards an old Asian man. He had a very bad altitude and made me felt very uncomfortable. Also the tickets we got for Churchill’ war room was only for a certain time slot that nobody told us about.
