Absolutely furious we paid £70 for somewhere that has FREE admission!!!!! Museum itself was awful also. So disappointing

We believe you participated in the wrong tour and instead did some other tour. Our tour is a fully guided tour with an expert guide in world war history, the events, landmarks of the time, as well as offering incredible insights into major players in both World Wars . As mentioned this tour is a fully curated tour with stops including a fully guided tour of the main exhibits at the world-renowned Imperial War Museum. The museum survives through donations which we make every time we enter the Museum. Of course, if you want to see the major landmarks on your own you certainly can however our tour is fully guided offering you the best opportunity to see the best landmark locations under the expert guidance of a world war narrator affording our guests an experience that elevates the ordinary and unknown into an extraordinary experience full of incredible moments and story. We have 1000's of guests who have done our tour that has rated us with 5-star reviews so we think you were on the wrong tour.
