Hop on off boat

This was a very relaxing way to travel In order to see the sites you have to be very diligent with time I was able to get to greenich 1st and remained there until 3 pm. Each boat ride arrives every 40 min and takes about 20 to 25 min so not much time to see westminster area as the last and latest boat is 7:10 pm to check in The 1st ride out to greenich would have been more productive if they provided a tour of the sites as we went by on the river thames Actually the only boat providing any info about the sites was on the return from Westminster to tower pier and he was excellent So I recommend that all the rides provide this excellent tour info so we all know what we are looking at

Great views of Canary Wharf, The Tower, the Shard and the London Eye. A very enjoyable day out and has to be one of the best ways to sightsee and explore London. The hop on hop off ticket was the ideal way to do it!

This is an ideal way to begin your visit to London. We did this Thames river cruise our first day. It was a great way to get an idea of the location of places we wanted to explore later. We got off in Greenwich, which is a great place to spend the day. The boat staff, who are clear that they are not tour guided, do a wonderful job of describing everything as we pass. But do download the citicruise app for more detailed and professional tour guidance

Great experience, easy to hop-on / hop-off, good variety of drinks/snacks on board, clean toilets, amazing sightseeing and great info from the crew about all the interesting places that we passed en route, entertaining, good photo opportunities, worth every penny! You could easily spend all day on/off board exploring London!

We did not take full advantage of the hop on hop off, took the trip from Westminster Pier to Tower Pier, then back due to time constraints. Boat we caught did not go to Greenwich pier, not sure if that stops running at some point or it was a fluke. Points of interest being pointed out by the staff helped to make the most of the trip. Not sure if it is actually 24 hour, but considering it runs from 10-6, it would seem to be more of an 8 hour pass even if they allow you to use it into the next day up until your time of initial boarding (did not test that idea). Unless you will me making a day of it, there are probably more cost effective ways to see London from the river.

Nice transportation on the Thames. Great way to hit the Tower of London and Greenwich and without long taxi rides. Vessel is clean and convenient to attractions. Nice snack bar as well. Recorded narrative is IK. Reasonable prices.

We were so looking forward to this tour until the UK air space traffic control disaster canceled ours and 500 flights, leaving us stranded in Dublin, and could not make this tour in time. We contacted this tour operator numerous times to reschedule for the next day, and never heard back from them, and after numerous communication with documentation, they kept telling us to go back to Viator. Viator kept telling us to go back to the Tour operator. Given the situation and the lack of communication as well as the lack of compassion, we cannot, in good conscience recommend this tour. It will all be fine and dandy if it all works out on their terms, but if anything happens, like a once in a decade event, their compassion drops to zero. Book at your own risk. And moving forward, I’ll contact your company’s outside of Viator, as they do not advocate for those who have done 10+ tours with them. It’s all about $$$ with City yours and Viator
