Great for adults

My family of four (me, husband, 15 yr old son and 13 yr old daughter) took the tour. I enjoyed the tour and learning all of the history and stories, but it was a little boring for my kids. I would say this tour would be amazing for adults, but if you have kids, even older ones who aren't super interested in history and architecture, maybe explore the Abbey on your own. Again, our guide was very knowledgeable and I really enjoyed the tour!

Our tour guide was fairly bland, and there could have been a LOT of amazing true stories told. The entire experience could have been much more exciting. We were underwhelmed and would not use this tour company or guide again.

One of our three regular guides led this tour and this is the first time that we have received a negative review; however people look for different things. In the aftermath of the Queen's funeral the Abbey is extremely busy at the moment and it is possible that affected the experience too.
