Great commentary, friendly, well organised and great value for money. Really enjoyed our trip yesterday, the crew are helpful and friendly with good sense of humour shown during the commentary. The cruise was not what was advertised. We booked an hour, it went for 45 minutes and a good chunk of that was picking up other passengers from two other wharves. Very disappointing

Hi it was enjoyable , wheat by so quickly, guy at the front was very helpful. Boat could do with some maintenance/ decor. Perhaps they could sell more variety of snacks/ food. Apart from that ok

I love a river cruise. I think it's a great way to see a city. This one was very nice. We thought the captain did a great job pointing out the sites. He was informative and funny. We sat on top and it was lovely on the way out, but freezing on the way back (we could have moved downstairs, there was plenty of room). I would recommend.

Spent the day in London yesterday making memories with my 6 year old grandson.
This cruise was certainly a highlight … he loved it!

we had a trip on Apr. we missed the original scheduled time, but they allowed us to take next boat. in general, It covers Westminster to Greenwich area well. and nice commentary. ride was smooth, and I realized that you can get off on a few spots including Tate Modern, Greenwich. so it's good for transport as well as tour. I learned that even Taxi or Uber is not any faster than this boat for those locations specifically.
