Thanks Zachary for your incomplete and imprecise review where you aren't telling the complete history of the facts and your writing this because we refuse to refund a money that you have already lost.
1. You accepted all terms and conditions knowing a 24 hours refund policy was applied.
2. You had a problem with your flight to do the tour on the scheduled date and we offer with NO PENALTY a reschedule to try to help you even having extra cost for us.
2. We were extremely kind to help you with the other company you have lost another tour and we re accommodate ours for your benefit and starting in the afternoon (1st time we do this) because this tour starts in the morning and we did it in the afternoon for you don't lose your other tour, don't be so senseless.
3. Why do you claim a refund even when your 24 hour policy expired and you already lost your money cause issues that don't belong to us. We rescheduled this for helping you, and you were so happy we did. We have all the WhatsApp conversation where we can prove this.
4. This is not a bad business. You can see we have viator and tripadvisor prizes for our excellent services, you can see it in all 5 start reviews.
6. You couldn't go to waterfall because you had another tour and you asked to us not to go because you needed to go to the other one and we helped you even we could have refused to do it. This is a full day tour and it starts in morning.
7. The zipline was no possible because you came in afternon and you had another tour and you would lost it if we wouldn't have helped you. Don't be so ungrateful. You already have lost the tour.
