This was a fantastic excursion! We felt so welcomed and our guide Esteban made every effort to ensure our comfort and was incredibly informative every step of the way. The paragliding was unforgettable, with spectacular views of waterfalls and the city. El Pignol and Guatapé were likewise stunning. The trek up the big rock was more than worth the view. Highly recommend and would do again.

Great day trip

The trip out side of Medellin was great, the drive through the countryside itself was well worth the few hours to get out. Diego was extremely friendly, helpful and good company to be around all day. He made sure we were comfortable and gave us great recommendations. Also- a great photographer! The paragliding location was absolutely beautiful and views from guatape were also extraordinary. The town of guatape itself was super cute. All in all- would highly recommend!

This was a fantastic tour! Diego was a great guide who picked us up and dropped us back to our Air BnB. He also explained the history of all the towns we drove through throughout the day and made it very engaging. The paragliding was a great experience and well organised. The lunch in Penol was also lovely and Guatape had unbelievable views when you got to the top! I would 100% recommend this tour!

Our trip was very nice! The driver, Diego, was excellent. They picked us up, the car was immaculately clean with good AC. Our driver offered to stop anywhere we wanted to take pictures and recommended some delicious Colombian food at a restaurant in Guatape. I will absolutely go again next time I’m in Medellin.

We were picked up by our tour guide at our hotel at 0730 it was 2 of us in a comfortable size car. Our tour guide was informative on the way to El Penol, Guatape Cocora. Glad I did both tours Paragliding was an amazing experience it is must!!!!

Beautiful waterfalls, beautiful mountains. I was surprised at how smooth everything was…the takeoff….the landing… flying through the air was incredible.

Driver kind and informative. Dissatisfied with. 1/ car was too small and basic for all the planned driving. 2/ the firm did not book a time slot for our paragliding so we waited 2 hours for a very short ride. 3/ others at paragliding location getting much longer more expansive rides at a fraction of the price. 4/ car too small for 5 hours plus driving so we asked to terminate day after paragliding. 5/ food or drink never offered. My recommendation is to drive yourself to the paraglide location after making a reservation and enjoy a full ride not the mini one offered through this VIATOR operator.

WARNING: EVERYONE MUST READ THIS PLEASE Thanks for your review, it's important you exposed all the facts here, that can be imprecise and cause a confusion. Here the anwers. 1. We've been using the same type of cars for thousands of customers. It means for 2 person, a car designed for 5 people would fit perfectly to the trip requirements. For 4 or 5 or more people we will use a bigger car. If you're expecting a super car, ask for premium service and we will offer a bigger having an extra charge. 2. Paragliding Flights can be delayed due weather conditions and amounts of people that are waiting in the place, that doesn't mean we didn't book your spots. It works according the time other groups arrive. In this case, unfortunately our groups arrived after other groups, wind didn't help and they waited the time. The point is, we had 4 groups, in different cars, doing the same tour, why the others didn't complain about the trip? The fact you're not exposing here was you asked to your driver you are not going to have time to attend another reservation the same day, and you decide to go back in the middle of the road. After you requested for 50% refund and we denied to do it, you threatened us to do a bad review. Sorry, we can not refund money under this kind of situations. 3. The paragliding flights last from 10-15 minutes according we advertised and varies according wind conditions, everyone paid the same, we've never charged for 5 or 10 minutes more flight, it's impossible in some situations to control the exact time of flights. 4. 5 hours driving? There are many stops in this trip and driving to places takes 1 to 1.5 hours, never there will be a 5 hours of continuous driving. Why you didn't write here you've canceled and mid of the trip because you made a mistake booking another activity for the same day. Not our fault and now you threatened us to put a bad review if we didn't do your ilogicall refund. At the day we have had more that 5000 customers and it's the first time someone cancels a tour in the middle of trip arguing the car was small. Really? If you were a group of four that had sense. For 2 people a car for 5 and didn't fit? We don't think so. 5. This is the best part. Obviously you didn't read all the itinerary and conditions of the tour. You had realized food or drink are not included as we advertise in what's not include section. So, this is a clear evidence you're writing this review as a revenge due we didn't refund what you want. And finally we appreciate you read all the reviews we have. More that 800 5 stars reviews demonstrate we are a number one adventure tour operator in medellin, so, it's your choice what to believe or not. Thanks for reading us. Have a great day. Worth the trip!

Both our driver Sebastian and the pilots were very professional and gave us a wonderful experience. Our pilots ‘Pajaro’ and Raul really knew what they are doing so my husband and I were relaxed throughout the flight. Definitely recommend trying the restaurant next to the flight hub for some delicious food and a cold guarapo - preferably after the jump. Our driver Sebastian also took us to El Penol and on a very chill tour of the town in Guatape. There’s so much to do and see. We appreciated the tour since we ended up staying at a Airbnb an extra day and had to find our way around. Would definitely go again!

Did not take the optional tour to Guatape since we took a tour bus previously, but it would have been worth it to combine both trips. You would save a lot of time since you get your own private car and don't waste time on the bus picking up all the passenger from their hotels and waiting for everyone to gather at each stop. Worth the extra money to save time. Great views of two waterfalls, you are flying above eagles and even got a closer view flying close to them. Great adventure for everyone!

INCREDIBLE experience. It was a thrilling way to experience the beauty of Colombia. This was definitely a highlight of our Medellin trip. We felt safe the whole time and Ecoventura was great to work with. Our driver was sick and they found someone else quick to get us there. Beautiful views of the valley! Great instructors! Full day activity that is 100% worth it. Enjoyable part of skydiving without the initial rush. Sebastian was a great guide of Guatape and the rock hike had unbelievable views.

Everything was fantastic From the pick up time and accommodation to wait for the weather conditions to clear up a bit. The landscape is breathtaking, the air is the purest up there. My two brothers loved it as much as I did. Kudos to all the staff. Highly recommend this place and I will be looking forward to return.
