Jorge was a great guide and full of knowledge on our trip to Guatape!
Providing us with a lot of information while driving to the location. While in the city of Guatape She brought us to some hidden jams for chocolates and the best coffee!!!

For reference, Nelson was our tour guide, of which I would highly recommend that you request him if possible. We were picked up promptly at 7:30am. Nelson provided us with history lessons during our ride as well as all the places we visited. He spoke very good English & even taught me some Spanish lol!
We had breakfast, climbed the Rock, had lunch & took a boat tour. All of these things were enjoyable. Nelson even offered to stop at the Guatape sign prior to entering to get some good pics YAY!!!
All in all, it was a good day that I won’t ever forget. I will cherish the memories. Just an FYI, it’s quite a long day that it filled with lots of walking & stair climbing. That said, I suggest being well rested, wear good walking shoes, bring a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen (be sure to reapply), and most of all, enjoy the tour!

We had such a fun time on this trip and learned so much about this beautiful area just outside of Medellin. The town of Guatape was just beautiful with so many colonial houses painted in all sorts of colors. But the best part about this trip was our tour guide Hector! He was so sweet and nice and had so many stories to tell about his country. We made a new friend with Hector.

Jorge was terrific! He was a great tour guide on the drive to and from Guatapé. He took care of all the logistics for the journey, making sure that we were hydrated, caffeinated, and full of delicious food. Highly recommend!

Arturo and Celene from Guatapé tour / Fasy Tours were fantastic to work with.
We an are well-traveled couple who usually do not do tours, but being that this was a private tour with such great reviews and didn’t have a car, we went for it.
We throughly enjoyed our entire day with Arturo. He was extremely knowledgeable about so many fun facts and important history. He was kind, a great driver, and taught us so much.
He is so experienced that he knows exactly when to take the tours so you can avoid the majority of the crowds (at least it was for us today - we generally saw loads of busses just as we were leaving whatever spot we had just visited).
Breakfast and coffee was simple but yummy with a great view.
Lunch was huge (be ready to eat!) and at the same restaurant, but no complaints. We were served practically minutes after we arrived because of Arturo’s excellent communication with the restaurant.
Highly recommend if you want to learn about the Guatapé area as well as Medellín and beyond!

We had a great time visiting Guatape and climbing la piedra de Peñol. The area was beautiful and our guide was knowledgeable and very accommodating to dietary restrictions, although he could have shared more information and spent less time on the phone. Overall we would recommend this tour!
