A welcoming, friendly and fun experience. The teacher was knowledgeable well organized and made sure everyone was included in all the hands on preparation. We created & enjoyed a delicious meal of delicious tacos, salsas, and tortillas that I will recreate at home! I highly recommend this class.

To say I liked it is an understatement, I LOVED it! This tour had everything. From tasting a local quesadilla stand, going to a market, learning everything about culture and food, to actually cooking and eating the delicious products we made! Those tacos were amazing! Thanks so much to Pame, the chef, for her dedication and knowledge, she made it even better! One of the best cooking classes I’ve taken while traveling.

A great location and Lorena and her team made us feel very welcome. Her passion and love for Mexican food and heritage is remarkable. We met wonderful locals, visited a great market and learned a lot about the processing of authentic ingredients. The food we cooked was delicious and 100% worth the price! One of the highlights of our trip.
