However, the itinerary is shown and available in the tour page, and it is necessary to check it before paying, when you buy our services, you are agreeing with the itinerary, we're sorry if it didn't meet your expectations. The reason why it wasn't possible to meet you directly at the museum is because of the logistics, sometimes there can be situations out of our hands or incidents that provoke changes in the schedule planned, that's why we couldn't assure you a specific meeting time at the museum.
Regarding the silver store, it has an important cultural significance that we consider to be relevant to share as an introduction to the tour. The restaurant is optional, is just a suggestion, but all of our clients are free to eat wherever they prefer :). We appreciate your constructive criticism and will use it to enhance our services. We hope that despite this experience, you were able to enjoy some aspects of the tour, such as the punctuality and the opportunity to visit the Frida Kahlo Museum.
