The Afro-Brazilian martial art of Capoeira is a fusion of dance, acrobatics, escapes, and attacks—so you can enjoy the benefit of having a full body workout while learning self-defense moves at the same time. To keep energy levels high, the class is set to music, and guidance is provided by an instructor who has over 20 years of training experience.
