Overview

Take a break from the late nights and hustle and bustle of Miami's South Beach. This yoga experience will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged as it focuses on your spiritual as well as physical journey. Your instructor will guide you through the practice with mindful sequences that emphasize alignment and the synchronization of breath and movement.

    • 5th Street Beach Yoga
      5th Street & Ocean Drive, Lifeguard Stand on the actual beach, 5th St, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA

      We will meet on the actual beach near 5th Street Lifeguard Stand (beach access parallel to 5th Street & Ocean Drive). The lifeguard tower in blue & yellow has signage "5 ST" on the back of it.

    • Most travelers can participate
    • Please wear comfortable clothes you can easily stretch in.
    • Bring a a beach towel to do yoga on (since we are on sand, towel is better than yoga mat).
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 50 travelers

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

    Yoga session on ocean drive beach

    Experienced teacher and doing yoga on ocean is very special. I liked a lot for different level asanas that is very good for everybody if you are starter or experienced you can enjoy this yoga session. I loved that and would do it every time when I come back to Miami. Thanks a lot for this unforgettable yoga session🙏

    Host Canceled day before, realized when I showed up cause didn’t see email day before. Was embarrassing since I was hosting a group trip Got refund but still.

    You booked a public class, then forced me into making this a private class at later hour, which you haven't paid for by the way ($200 for private). The cancellation notice was issued 24 hours before the event. You failed to read your emails. There's not much I can do.

    What a nice moment for me in Miami! I'm very glad, I came here for few days and did many different activities to enjoy Miami as much as I can. That one was amazing in such a nice place. Damian was a very impressive teacher, it is not common to see a tall super flexible guy and he knows a lot about the body and connexion. very friendly and nice man! I recommend that activity!

    Le cours de yoga était super. Facile à trouver, ponctuelle, il nous même proposer un linge à mettre sous nos genoux ainsi qu’un thé vert à la fin. Le prof a énormément de techniques et d’expérience, faisant souvent du yoga je n’ai jamais eu affaire à un cours aussi professionnel et pointu. Seul petit bémol, je ne recommande alors pas ce cours au débutant débutant 😊
