Bad communication!

Horrible communication. I specified where we needed to be picked up and confirmed the time. I was not given license plate number of the van and we were waiting around for over 30 minutes after our specified pick up time. After messaging our tour operator multiple times and not receiving a reply we looked up a phone number off google to help us and got in contact with someone from the company who told us that our driver was there at 6 instead of our specified 7pm. After finally finding our driver the trip home was fine. Overall bad communication. The vans don’t have the company name written on them and we’re not given the plate number or name of the driver. It would’ve been a lot easier had they given us the driver’s phone number to communicate our location.

Worst Transfer Experience EVER- don’t book!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked a private transfer from Naples train station and was told that our driver would be there with a sign waiting for our arrival. Not only was he not there, but when I called the company, they said her was at the station but in front of a different gate (which did not exist). After 10 min I called again and was told that he wasn’t even there and they were trying to get in touch with him. It was lie after lie as we were then told he was looking for us, then trying to find parking. I kept calling the company each time and at a certain point they didn’t pick up the phone and would only communicate through WhatsApp. It was extremely stressful as I didn’t even know if we were going to get picked up. Finally we met him outside- a taxi would have been easier and less stressful. Too expensive for the hassle and unprofessionalism.
