Worst experience I’ve had on aviator.

The whole thing was a disaster. One hour and twenty minutes to get through security in 40 degree weather. Tiur guide was useless. No such thing as skip the line. As a very frequent customer, I’m requesting a refund. Feel free to call me for more detail.
A rainy day adventure to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty
camcam, Sep 2023
It was a rainy day, but we ferried over to the Statue of Liberty and our guide started pointing out historic facts before we even left the port. He had a vast knowledge of New York and he willingly offered answers to all our questions. Admission to the inside of the statue of Liberty is only achieved through the Parks Department. Our guide seemed to have less to offer re: Ellis Island
Just buy ferry tckets in advance

This is the first Viator tour I would not recommend. Febreze have a quick review of the program for the day. Explained the flag pole from the Dutch and got us in line for the ferry and left. plan an hour to wait in line for each ferry be sure to get the audio player.
Guide Abandoned The Tour After 45 Mins
jodigrundig, May 2019
I thought this would be a five hour guided tour with exclusive access. Instead, the guide showed us two random buildings and a statue, and then left us at the ferry terminal. You can just purchase your own tickets online and save tons of money.
Response from Host, May 2019
This tour includes a 30 minute guided orientation and a self guide audio tour of Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. The tour guide did not abandon you since it is SELF GUIDED. You went on a day where the tickets to the Statue of Liberty were sold out. You received Fast Track access to the ferry and skipped the line and save over 3 hours. The ferry line went all the way to WhiteHall Station which is at least one mile long. We took you on the VIP fast track line and the group was on the ferry in less than 30 minutes.
