We so thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island and the 9/11 Memorial provided by Viator. The tour offered such a wonderful experience taking immense stress off of us to get to every location with an appreciation of their truly passionate and significant meaning not only for the U.S. but worldwide. Leanne, our Tour Guide, was exemplary! She was so much fun and made every site a learning and entertaining visit sharing a plethora of knowledge about each historic visit and a boost of enthusiastic patriotism which intensified our pleasure throughout the whole day! Five plus 5+ stars to Viator and Leanne who was the BEST!!!!!!

The hospitality on this tour was lackluster at best. As a tourist unfamiliAr with the area, the man who checked us in was rude and unhelpful and told me not to ask questions. The your guide left us at the statue of Liberty. I paid for a tour guide for a reason. And he asked for a tip!

They charged for the 9/11 Memorial, the Statue of Liberty, and the Ellis Island Tour.
We only got to go to Statue of liberty and Ellis Island with no tour guy as promised. The tour guy left us at Statue of liberty and even advised us to head straight to Battery park NY from SOL and even skip Ellis Island since its not worth it. We went to Ellis Island by ourselves and came back to battery park NY. We had no tickets for admission for 9/11 Memorial. We were left alone instead of paying for guided tour.

Tour guide Leanne is exceptional. She is sooo passionate about her city and about the facts and history that surround these 3 attractions! She is energetic and extremely animated with her presentations. Highly recommend this tour and this tour guide!

This was awful. 1st: you don’t need to meet at the meeting point even though Viator says you do. Waste of time and Uber $$. 2nd: this is actually 2 separate tours that leave from 2 separate places. They do not take you to where the boat leaves. That’s up to you.
3rd: boat left later than stated. Said 11:30 and left at 12:30.
Do not waste your money.

Excellent trip from start to finish. Our tour guide Kyle was very friendly, helpful and had a passion for sharing his knowledge with us. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the future. I’ve learned so much from the personal interaction which made this trip so special. Highlight of our holiday by far!

Our operator/guide had no name badge or identifying detail. The originating tour group (we heard 24) were separated on 2 different ferries. He made no effort to maintain a group tour. He offered very little narration or information about sites.
The length of the tour and the ending location was ambiguous. When we reached our final destination (the 9/11 Memorial), there were only 4 people remaining of the group. We struggled to locate a taxi to be able to return to our hotel. Very disappointing!

Our tour guide was terrible, when booking we were told we would have a guided tour the whole 4 hours and all he did was take us place to place on the ferry. Once we got off the ferry we were told that there are audio tours given by the liberty island and Ellis island. Our tour guide sat in the cafe until our time was finished. Also this tour does not include tickets into the liberty statue or the 9/11 museum. Even though it states in the “what the expect” that the museum is included. You have to buy your tickets separate. So long story short we paid $70 each to have a “guide” to show us how to get to the ferry. I could have saved $50 by doing it myself and listening to the free audio provided by the attractions. Absolutely uncalled for and will never use this company again.
