We were disappointed in the lack of direction when the driver stopped very far from the line for Statute of Liberty ferry and failed to indicate in which direction we were to walk. Also I would like to know why were paid (in advance) twice the price offered on the street?!

Soundsystem was terrible. Better today. Misdirected to the statue of liberty tour by bus driver, so ran all over the place to find it. With several missed directions by various so-called guides. The tour was fine after we got through the hour long line and security. Empire State building worked out fine. Because of all the delays we had to take a taxi back to the hotel after 5 PM. The driver tried to take us in the wrong direction, and then overcharged us for the trip.

For me, this tour was not up to expectations .. where we did not received the Statue of Liberty Cruise Ticket well it was booked in advance. Empire Ticket we received of two days later date. Bus tour was Okay and it was managed properly. Big Bus Staff was not well Treated.

Me and 12 of my co-workers booked a tour with your company and when we got to the pickup the person printing our tickets didn't print the tickets we purchased and when we returned to him to get our tickets printed he told us there was no times available. Our trip was ruined by a company we thought would help us complete the sightseeing tour we paid for.The guy printing tickets was more concerned about selling more tickets instead of taking care of us who had already paid for our tickets. Now we haven't been offered any refund for their poor customer service. I will never use again

Traffic was terrible, we had a package deal to do the Empire State Building tour and the statue of Liberty cruise and didn't know there was a time for the boat tour until they printed out tickets on the on and off bus tour. We couldn't get there in time due to traffic. They also shorted us one ticket for the empire state building tour. I asked 3 agents and they all said they couldn't help me. We didn't finish the bus tour and got a last minute great liberty cruise tour through Skyline Tourism. Def go with them for the Statue of Liberty.

It was our first time in the city. We were walking quite a while trying to find a stop to catch a bus. We found a random stop and the driver was really helpful and super nice and he got us to where we could get our tickets printed. But by the time we got there we were already so hot. The staff tried to help us get on our way. We got our tickets got on the bus. The buses had no ac, and by the time we got to our first attraction stop my daughter had heat exhaustion and we had to call 911. We got to see some stuff along the way on the bus, but it was not pleasant at all. We did not get to use our tickets we bout. In cooler weather I’m sure the experience would be wonderful!!! We did not have a good experience at all.

1/2 hour late. No signage for pick up. No communication re ticket deliver, commentary was woeful, mainly poor music rather than facts, even the facts not connected to where the bus was!!! Do not go!! Got off after 3 stops! Been on this in London, Canada and Australia… the worst ever!!

Basically a $100 bus ride around the city. Bus drivers didn’t bother to say hi, or thank you. The ‘tour’ part is a pre-recorded thing with mostly bad jokes. If you want to know what to see and where it’s at, you have to do all the research ahead of time on your own. Biggest waste of $200 for two of us! Never again

It was almost a great ride but the last bus we rode, the driver was shouting at the people in the bus. He even missed the stop we were supposed to go off and had us walk 10 blocks to get to Empire State Building. My dad was so mad because he was shouting at us. I have children with me so that was even more disturbing. He is one of the Asian bus drivers. That was around 5:30pm. I hope you can do something about that because it’s not good for business having someone like that driving tourists around. Otherwise, the bus ride was ok.

Big Bus Tours is no good

The Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty. The buses from Big Bus tours left a lot to be desired. While waiting in a line of 50 or so people at the Battery Park stop. No less then 3 different buses came by with no seating in the bottom of the bus because they didn’t have the air conditioning. That extended our stay in the area by 45 minutes which was not pleasant because it was very hot that day.
