What To Expect

For this private tour of the 9/11 Memorial and Ground Zero, meet your guide at St. Paul’s Chapel on Broadway in New York City, a bit before the prearranged time. Multiple tour times are offered throughout the day.

Your guide is personally connected to the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, and dives deep into the events of that day so you can gain a better understanding.

Your tour starts at the chapel, which was a safe place where rescue workers could eat and sleep in between missions.

Move along to see the exact spot where the World Trade Center once stood, and take in views of the memorial itself. If you’ve upgraded to get a 9/11 Museum ticket, your guide takes you there, too. 

Your tour either ends at the 9/11 Memorial or at the 9/11 Museum if you've upgraded. Stay and explore the memorial when your tour finishes.

Tim was our guide and he was great! He was very knowledgeable about the 9/11 memorial and the surrounding area. The memorial museum had a lot of picture's,videos and things found in the aftermath of the attacks. I would highly recommend this tour. Well worth it.

Alice was an incredible guide! She was super enthusiastic, very knowledgable, kept us all engaged even with a very somber topic. She was thoughtful to gear the information and stories to our middle school aged daughters but yet made it meaningful for all of us. HIGHLY recommend if you can get Alice if you are traveling with a family.
