The two customers exhibited behaviour that could be easily seen as under the influence. During the tour they were out of line demonstrating impaired judgement and inappropriate behaviour. The two customers were making irrelevant requests and destructing the driver while their carriage was on the busy streets. The driver was doing his best to provide a high-quality service and leave customers happy. One of their requests was to change the route and drop them off at the off-route location. As long as this didn’t created a dangerous situation for pedestrians, cars and horses, our driver was happy to accommodate their request. Their claim that they were double charged also has no grounds. The product page clearly states that tours are private and customers pay for carriage that can accommodate up to 4 adults.
