Omer was an amazing host and did an excellent job facilitating the perfect atmosphere for a marriage proposal in NYC. Riding through the city at night with folks snapping pictures at our beautiful carriage made my lady feel like an absolute princess. The best part of all was the Christian Dior light show OH and also that she said YES!

Was a very underwhelming experience to be honest and not worth the money for 45 minute tour and didn't get to see stuff like the rockerfeller tree on the tour as our carriage didn't stop and there was a bus blocking the view of the tree and more overpriced than if you book it direct with a horse and carriage at the location instead, our guide was good don't get me wrong, I just feel this tour was a lot of money for very little time and not a great experience

Christmas lights tours are only given by limited number of horses and drivers and priced accordingly . We are offering very competitive prices. There was no text message on the day of it and no driver knew who we were despite us having the tickets. Was clear that the driver had to stay late to accommodate us. No picture at sacks and just crap picture under a lamp post. Vastly overpriced also

This ride was absolutely fabulous! Our driver, Omer, brought us through Central Park and out to see all the displays. He was engaging informative friendly and accommodating. Conversation was wonderful! There was a huge warm blanket for my family to share and speaker to play our own music. When we were done he let us feed the horse which thrilled my two young boys. Another important fact for us he assured us the horses were very well taken care of and that they rotate the jobs day and night. If we could request a driver again we’d choose Omer. Thank you for a beautiful experience and making our Christmas trip that much more fabulous! We will be doing it again for sure.

Our tour guide out in in his AirPods from the second we took off. He couldn't answer our questions because he couldn't hear us or care to. We had two people and were double charged. Then he yelled at us. Two females.. called us ass holes when we didn't tip. I have never seen someone be so unprofessional and rude.

The two customers exhibited behaviour that could be easily seen as under the influence. During the tour they were out of line demonstrating impaired judgement and inappropriate behaviour. The two customers were making irrelevant requests and destructing the driver while their carriage was on the busy streets. The driver was doing his best to provide a high-quality service and leave customers happy. One of their requests was to change the route and drop them off at the off-route location. As long as this didn’t created a dangerous situation for pedestrians, cars and horses, our driver was happy to accommodate their request. Their claim that they were double charged also has no grounds. The product page clearly states that tours are private and customers pay for carriage that can accommodate up to 4 adults.
