Upstanding and Worth Their Word

The first guide form Yellow Shoes Tours did not show up. When I called he claimed he had canceled the month before. I did not believe him and called Viator and you made it right and refunded my mi ey. We booked in the spot with another guide, tho I have no idea if he was from Viator, as my friend took care of the details. I’m glad Viator was upstanding to believe that the guide was a no show and recompensed me our tickets. Bravo!

Our tour guide Nicola was AMAZING. He told a lot of amazing stories and knew all the tricks to get us to the front of the lines. He was super friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. He was funny and super helpful.
