I regret booking my tour with Viator. They have shared an address which doesn’t show the correct meeting point. When I visited the place after booking, no one turned up. They didn’t had an option to call the guide. I waited with my wife and daughter for long time and had to proceed to Edge tour on own. They didn’t mention how the tour will start. When I complained the customer service, they haven’t responded properly and later was able to talk to a staff who said she can only refund the money and the ticket is void. I asked for a refund and went to the tour on my own. She said I will get the refund. After few days I got a mail that money can’t be refunded and the meeting point was Apple Store. So sad to read that and my money can’t be refunded. My holiday experience was ruined due to Viator. I will never book any tour with Viator going forward. Very bad customer experience and waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend the app to anyone.

We bought tickets for the statu of liberty and the Edge for 1pm 12/30 they called be the 29th to move the time to later that wasn’t exactly the time wanted so We rescheduled the Edge for the 31th and they asked us to pay extra $120. And the day of the tour the weather wasn’t good so at the edge they say we can reach Viator to reschedule the tour or get a refund since the weather wasn’t good . We reached them and they told us that our tickets were never rescheduled for the 12/31 but we were charged for the amount of $120 . So we can’t do the Edge on the /12/31 since in their since in there system it wasn’t rescheduled and we can’t get our money back and we still got charged and extras $120. The women that charged us to reschedule the tickets said originally that it will cost us 100$ but they took $125 how can you understand that . People warned us about getting the tickets through certain websites but I didn’t know things like this could happened

The tickets were sent to your email with a dated and times ticket. The 60 min cruise is available every day and you do not need a ticket as your confirmation is your ticket. Please follow voucher instructions next time to make it easier.

The Edge was great. Easy check in thanks to tour guide texting us our tickets. Tour guide also was helpful via text about how to get to ferry cruise. Cruise itself was ok. Kinda party boat and less informational cruise.

Never ever in my life I will use this website to buy tickets attractions.. I’m very disappointed I paid $178 for the enter of edge when it costs $40 at the place I bought this package because it says It was for edge and statue of Liberty they didn’t send me the voucher for the Statue of Liberty I have to buy it again at the enter .. this a fraud

The voucher instructions explain there is no additional ticket for the 60 minute cruise to the statue of liberty. You Viator confirmation is all you need. The boat operates at 11, 12:30, 2:30 and 4;30 daily. The edge tickets alone are $49. I see you were a group of 5 passengers and the package does discount the entrance to both activities.
