Mona Lisa - worth it

The Louve has some wonderful works of art, none better than the Mona Lisa. However, it is a free for all to get up to that painting. I believe a more uniform approach is needed.

Your customer service is very irresponsible!!! Very sad. I sent 2 questions after the purchase but no response. Once the tickets were sold, you got my cash and it is the end of the relationship and the customer is left on his/her own.
Cancel on me 20min before start time

When I booked, it said the ticket will email to me 1 day prior. Didn’t get it the night before so I contacted them via Viator app, the response was quick saying they will email me asap. On the day still no email, so I messaged them again, at 9am-ish they replied still say they will send to me asap, so I made my way to the Lourve. At 10am my booked time (10:30am) start to open to enter, still no email so I message them, and then they canceled on me at 10:08am.
Honestly, if you tell me the day before, or at the morning when I first message, I would be able to waste less time. My schedule, my mood is completely ruined.
This agency of course is bad, but Viator are you for real not checking your supplier that isn’t legit?

Good skip-the-line tickets to the Louvre! Pay attention to emails you receive the day prior to your visit; they will have links to your tickets so you don’t have to stand in line.

Louvre experience

The Louvre. Massive, crowded, but iconic. Have fun strolling through DaVinci, Delacroix, and many, many masters. Don't be late though. The entry sentinels have no tolerance if you're late for your appointed entry time.
Ticket scalpers

Tour company is basically a ticket scalper on this one. They acquired the tickets early and resold for a ridiculous amount. Had to pay if I wanted to go, other wise sold out.

Do not use Barca For Tourists!

The Louvre, of course, was amazing and they have things laid out so you can find the famous works of art easily. However, DO NOT USE THIS TOUR COMPANY. They promised to send us the tickets after sending us vouchers twice. (Why would we need vouchers?) We never got tickets. The Louvre staff was wonderful but there was nothing they could do. So we had to buy our own tickets which cost a lot of money and forced us to waste half a day. Needless to say, it is impossible to reach this company to get an explanation. This is the only time I have been cheated by a Viator company.

Simply beautiful ! Loved seeing all the history, romantic place to stroll with your love. Must see the Mona Lisa of course as there is so much to see as I would suggest making in an entire day as there is so much walking. Purchase tickets in advance as the line to purchase if you have not already is long. It’s very crowded.

Wie viele andere enttäuschte Kunden, wurden wir von Viator betrogen und haben keine Chance, an unser Geld zu kommen. Finger weg von dieser „Firma“!
Die Tickets wurden uns nicht wie versprochen, einen Tag vor Eintritt zugesendet. Wie bei so vielen anderen auch.

site viator archi nul ZERO .Je n ai jamais pu acceder à mon billet il fallait toujurs cliquer sur un lien..... vs ne pensez pas que des personnes agees ne sont pas familiarisees ave l informatique et les tel. bref je n ai pas pu entrer au Louvre
